Great customer service, and a good variety of staples and treats from plain flour to dark chocolate macadamias, and even laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. Love shopping here to reduce our household carbon footprint.

A fantastic place to shop package and plastic free. I bring my own containers and buy as little or much as I need. Produce is of great quality, one product that is really good is the chocolate coated almonds - so delicious! Apart from staples like flour, spices etc I refill my containers of oil, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent. I love this place.

Really interesting range of foods. The tea section is brilliant with a huge range to choose from. The staff there are lovely and very helpful.

I really wanted to support this shop but unfortunately the prices here are way out of range. I don't understand how they can be so much more expensive than anywhere else I've gone. If you want to make waste free living the norm then you need to make sure your products are actually accessible.

A great bulk buy, zero waste store! You fill a bag/container/jar of loose goods such as rice, flour, nuts etc. And pay by weight. Great for people conscious of their environmental footprint.large range, quality goods. Definitely bring a (or two, or ten) jar along and stock up!

More stores should be like The Source Bulk Foods! I wholeheartedly support the idea of removing plastic packaging and bringing your own jars to stores. At Source they weigh your jars before you fill them so they can subtract the weight of the jar when you pay, and there are paper bags to use as well. I'm impressed that you can also buy resuable jars and bottles there if you don't have some already at home. My only suggestions are that there should be stickers or some sort of label for the reusable jars so I can write the product code onto it (the staff used masking tape to write the weight of the jar, but the tape was kept behind the counter and not accessible to customers) and for there to be emailed receipts! I was asked if I wanted a receipt so there is the option of saying no and saving paper, but when I said yes it was immediately printed out; I gave my email for the loyalty system so it would be easy to just email the receipt.
I love The Source Bulk Foods and will be returning frequently!
