Freindly staff, a variety of products, i poped in this strore one day and amazed. I tried a protein ball and it was chef's kiss. It was so full that i skip my lunch lol

Don’t have much knowledge on soy beans so want to ask if this is normal?
I picked some beans with wired color. Not sure if there’s any problem.

Happily stumbled across this store when I was shopping one day and have to say as much as I love the products I bought, the best part about this store is the owner Samantha. A truly lovely lady who helped pop my Source Bulk Foods cherry. If you don't have jars/containers on you, don't worry you can use the bags they provide for you:)

I've been trying to reduce my use plastic packaging for over 2022 and Source is an absolute godsend in helping me reach this goal! It is also such a relaxing experience, I feel like I can take my time - I actually enjoy grocery shopping now! My favourite thing of all time are the protein balls. Sure you can buy cheaper protein balls at the supermarket (although very few will have 12g of protein like those at Source!) but they are straight off a production line, in packaging and no where near as delicious! I absolutely love coming here and supporting a small business.

The staff are really great and they stock a number of items not readily sought. However, their prices are high; while I do like to reduce plastic packaging, a lot of items are cheaper at the supermarkets. Furthermore I got the impression their stock has been sitting around for some time. I've bought from the 2brothersfoods.com many times before, their stock is so fresh and great pricing. So I do pay for shipping, but I get fresh supplies at a great price with the convenience of door step delivery with a choice of biodegradable packaging.

I online ordered a few products and I received one of the wrong product. I emailed them and they apologized and sent me the right product immediately and also gave one of their product sample complimentary. Thank you Samantha for your service <3

Such lovely staff here and great range of stock. Plenty of vegan and gluten free options too. Easy sanitising and weighing station for your jars too.

An Eco friendly supplier of nuts, grains, flour, oils and household cleaning products - highly recommend

It's pricey and staff is not well trained - I'm not a picky person but I went there three times and all occasions I had problems. Just go to friends of the earth around the corner, much better environment.

I love this place and how they adapted during covid: clean pens and clean spoons for every customer without having to share

Love this place. Samantha (the new owner) is a delight, and the staff are so helpful. They refill my olive oil bottle for me whilst I shop. Also, you haven't lived until you try their chocolate covered freeze dried fruit and the chocolate coated Turkish Delight (both dairy free). They also have a large variety of quality muesli.

Great selection, beautiful store, friendly staff who don't mind looking up my loyalty card details on the computer when I forget my card!

Good selection but would be nice if staff actually greeted you and didn't have personal conversations between one another when they were processing your transaction

Shopping in bulk is great but there are better stores and laces to do it like ‘friends of the earth’ up the street.

I felt really uncomfortable in this store. The sales assistant and store manager approached me on five different occasions during my last visit, trying to forcibly up-sell. I do recommend that the staff be more friendly and personable to their customers. Thanks

The Source is under relatively new management and what a difference. There's a whole new feel to the place and Sam, the owner, and her staff immediately make you feel part of the Source family. Helpful advice and real customer service and care. Shopping at The Source is not just about the products but being part of a solution to wasteful packaging and big commercial excesses. You will be making a difference, however small. Love it. Great work Sam and team.
