Laundromat that great and easy to use. Have both coin (with change dispenser) and online payment options available. Machines are well kept.

First time using a laundry mat. It was clean and felt comfortable using their big washing machine for my winter woollen blanket. Will take my doonas in Summer too.

Very convenient. The fact you can scan a code and pay in your phone makes it very easy.
All machines work well.

Washing and drying machines are ok. The soap dispenser however took my $2, but didn't dispense any soap. The owner should fill it regularly!

Coin laundry but without coin machine?
I have no idea for how come without coin machine or credit card payment absolutely inconvenience.

My regular laundromat as I don’t own a drier and couldn’t recommend it more. I’ve never used the coffee machine, and I wash at home so only use the drier but it’s much cheaper than others I’ve found and does a lovely job.

Place is clean, smells nice, doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg, and some lovely cafes nearby!

Good facilities but no coin machine or ability to pay with credit card. For large loads washing and drying you need $20 in dollar coins. Website doesn't say it's cash only and no answer on mobile phone.

Very clean premises, reasonable costs. Used the largest machine for sleeping bag. Don't usually use these facilities on a regular basis.

Clean and welcoming. I didn't mind the wait because the wifi was good. Glad I drove a bit extra to come here.

I would like to negative rating but this is the least i can give.

No proper maintenance.
No change Machine.
Washing machines are horrible and charges are rip off.

Please avoid this place.

Various size machines 6 large13.5 kg 4 small 7.5 kg and one for pet bedding, nice clean place 10 dryers about 30 minutes for a wash $8 for large wash

Nice place but no working power points to charge laptop and no coin machine, also no notification that they dont have one in the facility, a sign would be nice.

I had trouble with one of the machines, but after contacting the owner I was offered a full refund in a prompt and professional manner.

The place is full ants and cockroaches. Overpriced wash and dry. Coffee machine doesnt work but ishappy to keep your $$.

Nice clean laundromat. We were in a hurry to do some washing and drying. The lady who runs the place was very helpful and friendly, starting the machines for us while looked for change up and down the road. Recommended.

Offers free wifi, dedicated washing machine and dryer for pets, a tv and a nice table bench to get some work done while a load is on. Instead of a visit feeling like a task, it feels more like nice focus time to get prep done for the work week ahead.

This is the cleanest laundromatte I’ve ever been to in the whole wide world! The washers are huge and brand new and it really feels comfortable doing your laundry!

Very clean laundry with a nice sitting area with tables, WiFi, coffee machine. However, they are missing a coin change machine which makes it a bit inconvenient. Other than that it’s one of the best laundries I have visited.

Nicest laundrette I’ve ever been to! Clean and a nice shop to actually wait in. Unlike most other laundrettes which are sterile, totalitarian in their fit out and make you feel like you’re being punished for using their service, The Soap Depot is definitely the breathe of fresh air! Its counterparts don’t even come close to the pleasant and welcoming experience had here, in its thoughtful (as much as practical) design and fit out. Will definitely come back!
