Great experience. Receptionist were friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Nathan, and he was excellent. I often feel anxious before/during dental appointments, but Dr. Nathan was great. Most comfortable I've ever felt at a dentist.

I had a great first consultation and clean at the smile designer. My dentist Maddie made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything and showing me photos of my teeth. All the staff were so friendly and the practice is beautifully designed to help you feel at ease. I would highly recommended this practice.

I was highly recommended to visit the Smile Designer clinic and I must say that my experience with the Smile Designer clinic has been exceptionally brilliant. From the very first moment I walked in I was greeted by the wonderful receptionist at the front who was super friendly & attentive. I had a hygiene clean and check up with Dentist Nathan who made me feel very comfortable and explained the process of the treatment in such great detail. I was overall very pleased with the hygiene clean followed by the time Nathan took to sit me down and look over my before and after photos and focus on the treatment plan I have ahead. My next treatment I will be seeing Dev who is also a fabulous dentist to deal with, Dev always puts me at ease and gets the job done so professionally. He has actually cured my anxiety with dentists. Lastly I must add the aesthetics of this clinic are stunning, the cleanliness is terrific and I am glad that I can recommended my family and friends to a terrific team of dentists at the smile designer.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Madeleine Duff for a dental procedure and I am beyond impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by her and her staff. As someone who takes great care and pride in their teeth, I have always been cautious about who I trust my smile with. I was in need of a number of fillings and other minor dental work. Additional to this, I have always been a nervous patient when it comes to dental procedures and was apprehensive about the visit. However, from the moment I met Dr. Madeleine, she put me at ease with her positive reassurance and deep knowledge of her field.

From the consultation and all the way through the procedure, Madeleine and her team went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything that was happening and made sure to check in on me throughout the process. Her attention to detail and dedication to providing the best care possible was truly outstanding.

The facilities at Dr. Madeleine's studio are first-class and her staff are vibrant and friendly. I do travel a distance to see her but have never been to a better dentist and will continue to recommend Dr. Madeleine to friends and family, because of my fantastic experience. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about your well-being and provides the highest level of care, look no further than Dr. Madeleine Duff.

I actually cannot believe my experience with Dr Maddie at The Smile Designer

It’s just been so pleasant.

Every. Single. Time.

The fact I look forward to going to the dentist has been shook. Haha

A couple of months ago, I had an infected root canal. It was so painful but Maddie and the team did their absolute best to ease that discomfort. I had an appointment on Friday then on Saturday things still didn’t seem right. I contacted them after hours and Maddie was just incredible. She truely went above and beyond and it didn’t go unnoticed. She gave me a script and kept checking on me throughout the weekend (in her own time). I eventually had it pulled and Maddie was there to guide me through the next steps. I had a flight to QLD a few days later and Maddie made SURE I wasn’t getting on that place without a denture. She even came in on her day off. This act of pure genuine kindness and dedication to her job has made me never want to go see anyone else. She is the best and I highly recommend her to anyone I know (or don’t know)

Special mention to Maggie, one of the receptionist’s for being the middle (wo) man in all of it as well.

All very welcoming, your first time going there feels like you have been there your whole life. Attention to detail for cosmetic work 10/10.

Efficient, flexible, engaging, and really clear about everything you need to know about your dental needs:)

As a person who had a really traumatic past experience with a dentist, and subsequently developed a fear of going to the dentist - this dental practice was exactly what I needed, I just wish I had booked here sooner. Fantastic, genuine and friendly staff who really set my mind at ease on the phone and at the appointment from the reception area to the dental chair. A modern, clean and professional practice and Dr Madeleine was very gentle, reassuring and skilled. A wonderful experience. If you are nervous or haven't been to the dentist in a long time don't hesitate to book here knowing that they will support you through it.

One of the best dentists I've ever been to, Dr Dev was very informative and understanding he clearly explained to me what work needs to be carried out and made a plan which explains all the work that will be done. Also the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, it's such a clean and modern environment, very well. Designed. It's conveniently located in Preston, High Street which makes it easy to get to as bell station is a 5 min walk away. Can't recommend The Smile Designer enough, definitely worth the visit. The TV on the roof is a great touch.
