The Smash Room

This place is awesome! Have wanted to buy this as a gift for my teenage son but the other similar place is only for over 18yr olds.
We were welcomed and looked after by great staff with brilliant customer service. Everything was explained and my son had a blast, we even had fun watching him. We all enjoyed table tennis in the best air con. Highly recommend. We will be back to do it ourselves!

I don't know about other smash rooms in town but the one in Keilor is a rip off. I think it says all when you are done 20mins into a 40min experience that cost you $60. You can see in the pic that you get stuck in a small room for 40mins with nothing but cheap bottles and glasses to break. I could do that at home for no cost. You have to pay extra if you want something like a TV or a radio to break. For $60, this is an absolute rip off. Not even a water bottle offered.

So much potential for a place like this and so little achieved. This could be so much better if the 40mins were divided between different themed rooms with different stuff to break.

I would give no stars if I could. My recommendation is, Please don't waste your money.

When I booked in for this experience, I was super excited. It was for my younger brothers birthday, and none of us had ever been to a smash room before. As anyone would agree, we were expecting there to be objects to smash; Eg computers, Tvs, chairs and other things that would actually be satisfying to destroy. When we entered the room we were severely disappointed. It was empty save for a was a wall which was cluttered with pre broken junk (think mostly vases, plates, bottles etc), and then stacked against another wall were fresh bottles and plates for us to smash. How ridiculous… It’s called a ‘smash room’ and all you really get to do is break a few plates and bottles- Unless you want to pay exorbitant prices for old gaming consoles, TVs and other junk they’ve probably picked up off the side of the road, and even then you only get one object per payment. For the price you pay, it’s definitely not worth it and is more akin to a Greek plate smashing session than anything else. Unsatisfying, anticlimactic and a rip off in all honesty.

Lovely team, great vibe, was a great gift and my partner and I had a lot of fun. I loved that you can play glow in the dark ping pong afterwards as well. A cute date idea or for friends to hang out

Such a fun and different activity to do in groups. Loved the experience, and the safety considerations and service from staff is top notch. There’s also definitely lots of photo opportunities inside with the vibrant lights and neon signs. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something new, fun and different to try!:)

Great experience and a lot of fun! Gloves may need to be a bit thicker as some of the glass slightly hurt my hand but everything was great!

Staff were so friendly and thoroughly enjoyed smashing everything that you can in the room. It's a great outlet to get your anger out. Looking forward to go again:)

Loved it.super fun, lovely staff, straight forward rules n instructions, no bs.went w a group of 5, the base amount of items they gave us was decent but we did end up getting more stuff to smash, which i recommend.you can get a lot of hits out of a printer.

The smash rooms was such an enjoyable experience, especially with my two girl best friends we had a blast! Get to play your own music, control of LED lights and the crates lasted us the whole time and we stayed in there for about an hour, much longer than we expected! They also upgraded us to a bigger room for no cost, even better! We will definitely be returning soon thankyou for making us have an super fun, quite therapeutic experience
