I had a facial with slight skin peel. I have been to lots of places and this was the most amazing experience. Katie was outstanding. Every part of the treatment was professional, but there was an extra special feel. Highly recommend

Closed at cheltenham and won’t refund money that i spent on treatments ahead of time. This is a few years ago will never go back and don’t pay ahead of time in case they close and then you lose out

I saw Britt at the Skin Boutique for dermal filler and I had such an amazing experience with her! I was very nervous as it was my first time getting injectables and she made the experience very comfortable for me and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I also couldn’t be happier with the results, she knew exactly what would suit my face and made my lips very natural which is exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to see Britt in future!

I got my laser done by Bec today and she was so lovely. Made me feel extremely comfortable and really made an effort and took her time to make sure she didn’t miss any areas and that the settings on the machine were high enough to kill the hair growing even faster. I’m also a red head so it means even more to me finding someone who takes the time to be so attentive!

I had the laser Genesis treatment done by Mel D recently. Not only did the facial feel amazing but the days and weeks following, my skin felt like it was clearer & glowing. Mel talked me through every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this treatment and try Mel D, she was fantastic!

Gorgeous clinic and lovely staff. Mel. D treated my skin to the lactic acid treatment which was amazing and she is fantastic! She made my visit feel like a whole spa. My skin felt supple and glowing immediately after and I felt the effects for days. Definitely book in with Mel and she can sort out your skin concerns!

I suffered second degree burns on my legs and bikini line at this salon due to overheating and a lack of duty of care. This has been confirmed by a dermatologist. They were meant to use a lower setting and after saying in the appointment they would then chose not too. They refuse to admit fault or accept liability despite being negligent and not following duty of care and admitting to not lowering the setting as required and requested. I have endured time off work due to my legs swelling up, blistering and going numb, various medical bills and also can’t have my legs in the sun for three months.
They have refused to refund my treatment or assist with any medical bills incurred from this.

I would NOT recommend going to this place, or any of the neighbouring salons as they are all run by the same owner.
