The girls at The Skin Boutique - Casey Central are very professional and make me feel comfortable during all my treatments. They always ask how I am finding my treatments and provide information & tips on any questions I’ve had.

New staff and their way of treating the customer is terrible. Doesn't know how to talk to the customers and will never ever recommend to anyone.

Worst clinic - so much disorganisation. So many change overs of staff and therefore important information not handed over, waste of money and time. Hair was stimulated! I paid to get more hair- great

I go to both Casey and Southland stores and have always had such a great experience with skin boutique. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and take time to ensure they provide exceptional quality service. They often have amazing sales and also price match other competitors. I have been going to skin boutique for 7 years and will continue to go for skin treatments and laser hair removal. I 100% reccomend skin boutique to anyone and everyone.

UPDATE Dawn rang to schedule an appointment for me to come in and have. Anti wrinkle done again then the day of appointment she rings tells me the girl is not in and she will ring me back with a new appointment. NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN Below is a pic I my supposed frozen forehead two weeks after treatment.
Very disappointed. Have been getting anti wrinkle for a couple of years. Had skin boutique do my forehead and asked for it to be frozen. Now 5 weeks later I have complete movement in my forehead. Am going somewhere else now. I would not recommend don’t feel the girl had enough experience. Had my lips done happy with the outcome but the experience was awful have had my lips done in the past and it has never taken 50 plus jabs of the needle to do the top lip. Avoid Skin boutique

This costumer service is not good and didn’t show good behaviour for costumer and didn’t have flexibility for changing of conditions of health of body.just say me about policy and time for full leg an full arm an under arms and all body for hair laser is so fast and quickly finished.

I’ve been seeing Kate for about 3-4 years I think now for hair removal and the occasional skin treatment. I travel 1.5 hours to see her at the Casey store. We always have a great laugh and she’s so kind and makes you feel comfortable. Store manager Dawn is a gem and beyond helpful as well!
Vicky spent valuable time going back and forth with me via the Instagram page about skin care products yesterday as I had to reschedule my recent appointment and I’d normally ask Kate the million questions so I’m very grateful.
The team in general go above and beyond and make you feel so comfortable with all my odd questions.
