I came into the store with NO idea of what I was looking for or what to get, but Jess and all of the lovely people working there made everything so EASY! I was so overwhelmed with options at first, but Jess helped me through every stage of choosing and truely went above and beyond!
There aren't enough words to describe how helpful Jess and the team were, and the sheets themselves feel AMAZING and I cannot recommend enough, the waffle fabric is to die for

I too fell for the hype, thinking that purchasing an expensive linen product meant quality. But, the fitted sheet is almost threadbare after just 2 years.
It is in rotation with other linen sets purchased the same year, as well as some cheaper cotton sheets that we purchased secondhand over 6 years ago; all of which are still in excellent condition.
Very disappointing product

I LOVE LOVE LOVED the whole experience with Sheet Society. From the ordering, the receiving, the unpacking, the authenticity to the feel and comfort of sleeping on my new sheets! I would highly recommend these beautiful sheets. I will be back when I need some more for sure xox

This is really the best place to go for sheets and all your bedding needs. The quality and variety of colours and natural textures of sheets linen cottons and coming soon bamboo.
Such a good range of doonas for everyone hot to cold sleepers.
The service is wonderful and so reasonably priced and not over priced for such quality.

I cannot express how incredible this experience was. The store is gorgeous, the music is calm and vibey, the incense smells amazing. Rachelle helped my friend and I for so long crafting the best bedding combo and we both left with the most gorgeous sheets. We’re so happy.

Ordered online. Ive ordered a few products now through them. The other day my zip broke on one of their quilt cover products. I sent them a picture and they replaced it, with the item sent within a week. They also replied very quickly. I probably would make only one suggestion is that you have the option of having a zipper or buttons for the quilt cover. Otherwise I have been really happy with their products. Sadly disappointed and won’t be a returning customer. I was so hoping that this bedding was going to be beautiful, which initially I thought it was. Great service, packaged beautifully however, I have purchased the Miller Jersey pillowcases and Quilt cover and after a few uses I noticed that the piping was deteriorating and coming apart exposing the white cord inside. Sheet Society were great and immediately replaced however it has now starting to occur on every item I have. I strictly followed their care instructions but this seems to make no difference. Then I purchased items from the Frankie Flannelette range and the flat sheet at the top came apart. Again, Sheet Society replaced without hesitation. But at the end of the day, when you’re paying a premium for premium bedding you don’t expect it to fall apart. As I said to Sheet Society, I’ve had cheap sheets from Spotlight that have lasted 4 years and all that’s happened to them is they’re starting to wear thin which is what I expect. Not after less than 6 months.

Best customer service and beautiful quality products! So many colours and fabrics to choose from, they are my go to for all our family bedding.

I would also like to pass on some feedback to the staff in the Abbotsford store. Rochelle, Keely and Diana (Apologies for any misspellings) have been extremely helpful and have amazing customer service skills, I visited the store three times in 10 days and each time I was welcomed back with enthusiasm and given the same consistent service. Their product knowledge, attention to detail and style options were amazing. I hope this feedback is passed on because they deserve it. Giving me so many options to mix and match has taken my bedroom aesthetic to the next level. I look forward to my next in-store experience. Thank you <3

I purchased the eve recycled linen sheets in the warm white and black stripe, and they are the best sheets I've ever slept in. Unfortunately, because I have a higher mattress than normal, the queen sheet tore a little on the corner. I called and spoke with Joshua who has been very helpful on multiple occasions, and he has arranged to send out a different sheet which is deeper cut to fit the deeper mattress. I will highly recommend the sheet society not only for the quality of their product, but their attentive customer service. Thank you Josh!

We have just had a wonderful experience in the Abbotsford store. We drove from Geelong because we have purchased Sheet society online before and love the quality. We were looking for an in store experience because we were buying for a number of beds. Rochelle greeted us and was so helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and then offered suggestions and got us thinking outside our blue, blue & blue mindset. She was as excited about our project as we were.

Sheet Society linen is beautiful quality and lasts wash after wash. I love the colour / fabric options and the biggest tick for me are the zips. It makes making the bed so much easier.

Absolutely love Sheet Society. I had been looking for quilt covers that had zips for so long and finally found sheet society. I have made multiple purchases from them. All products have been high quality and very luxurious. One small complaint is one of the fitted sheets was possible labelled wrong as it is very big compared to the exact same fitted sheet we already had. Other than that they fit lovely and feel so comfortable for a great night sleep. The personalised card in each order is a beautiful touch.

Bought quilt cover but zipper stopped working after 1 wash (following care instructions). Thought maybe I did something wrong so I bought a replacement but again the zipper is not working. Would say it’s not worth the money.
It’s a shame because the fabric is so nice.

A friend ordered me a set of the Leo washed cotton sheets. They were beautifully packaged and looked lovely when I received them. But then I slept on them.stiff and heavy, rough, ran very warm, and not at all breathable.

They haven't softened at all even after multiple washes, and don't feel the same as the fabric swatch I ordered in the same range and colour. I contacted customer service only to be told that this wasn't a fault and what I was saying simply could not be true because it didn't match the description of the Leo range on their website. I expressed my disappointment at this response and was provided a $100 gift voucher that won't cover the cost of a replacement.

For the price of these sheets, you expect quality. These feel like they're from Kmart (and friends who are happy with their Sheet Society purchases have confirmed this after feeling mine). Extra disappointing knowing that someone spent a substantial amount of money to gift me these sheets based on how soft they are meant to be.

Two stars given for initial ease of return when I needed to swap the fitted sheet for another size.

We were flood affected back in February 2022, new sheets were amongst the confronting list of replacements. I can not emphasise enough the sheer pleasure of collapsing into a bed fitted with Sheet Society sheets. This company has set the bar, in both quality and service, rivals should take note. This is no ordinary sheet, go on, spoil yourself, we all deserve a better sleep.

Spent around 400$ On two fitted sheets and two quilt covers for sale prices. They honestly feel a little scratchy and not as luxurious as I expected considering the price I paid. Don’t think I would purchase again but decently comfortable. I am a bit disappointed considering I did a lot of research and think my money could be better spent elsewhere.

Best sheets / bedding ever. Such a luxury feel and look. Wont ever go elsewhere. 10/10 makes a huge difference to our sleep and room

Bought a set of the Silk bedding range in beige (quilt, fitted sheet, pillow cases and scrunchies.) and the quality is gorgeous. They do seem to mark very quickly - so don’t use body lotion, oils etc before going to bed at night…otherwise really, really lovely
