Samantha did a fantastic to ensure all the plans and permits were in order from commencement through to the final completion. Her communication at each stage was excellent. I have now used The Shed Company in Ballarat (contacts: Sean & Sam) to have two sheds designed and built. I could not fault the service, or the final product. The process was very smooth with great communication from Sean right from the beginning, and Sam assisted with the permits and all other paperwork, as time progressed. The sheds were built quickly and are of an excellent standard. The service afterwards was fantastic also. Sean always returns calls, and nothing is too much trouble. Great service! I originally had another well known shed builder come to my place and tell me that it was all too hard to put the shed where I wanted it. I then had Sean out from THE Shed Company, who basically said that if I wanted there, we would make it work.
The concreter, John, was very helpful and was happy to do some extra digging of trenches for water and power, and also pull some tree stumps out. The builders were very focused on getting the shed built promptly, and had it up alot quicker than I expected. Highly recommend!

After a few false starts with other shed companies, Sean and his team of concreters and builders did a great job. It all happened seamlessly from the time we started designing the shed. Sean and Pam were always happy to answer questions and very easy to deal with.

Very happy with our shed. Sean had to deal with our specific design and have his team travel 2 hours one way each day. Nothing was a hassle. Really well constructed, on time, on budget and the boys left a really tidy site. Happy with my choice of the Shed Company Ballarat.

We wanted something a little different and Sean was able to give us all the answers. Nothing was too difficult. Other shed companies quoted 4 to 8 months to build and weren't very flexible with what we wanted. Our shed was up and completed in about 8 weeks including surveys and council permit requirements. Great communication and very happy with the result.

Ballarat Victoria. All approvals were processed promptly and I was kept well informed as to the process throughout. Whilst there were delays in delivery (firstly due to Christmas period), then due to delays in concreting, and some parts of the shed were not available on delivery day and were delivered 2 days later (flashings, cappings, gutters and downpipes), and 1 week later (vermin proofing), the installation was thorough and careful. My friends are amazed at the quality of the build (size of frame sections, amount of bracing etc). The builders were on-time, respectful, trustworthy and pleasant to have around. They made an adjustment to to roller door alignment when they returned to install the vermin proofing. Adjustments to window position and height were discussed and accommodated on-site to suit a change in the position of the water-tank, and to meet my physical needs. Very satisfied. I was happy with the work done on my shed. The approval from the council took an eternity but after that it all went smoothly. Sean who was managing the build was professional and seemed like a nice guy. The lock on the roller door is very very poorly designed, if you don't take the key out before opening the door it snaps in two.

Following the devastating Bunkers Hill fires in March 2019, our large 40 year old shed was destroyed. What followed was a blessing, as Sean and the team at The Shed Company Ballarat took control and organised everything to replace our shed, from replacing the concrete slab, supply and erection of shed, replacement of underground power and wiring, council permits, inspections etc.
Nothing was too much trouble and always available to answer any questions or queries.
