Initially hard to contact Jason after putting in the deposit for the pergola, later on found out there was a huge delay in receiving materials from China because of the Covid lockdown
Jason finally managed to receive the materials and installed our pergola around 6 months ago
Jason has done a good job with the installation and all my friends are impressed with it
Jason is very passionate with his work, he called back to make sure everything works perfectly. I have no issue to recommend Jason to friends.

I came across a VERY bad installation in Narooma on the Sth Coast last week and the owners of the cafe are very unhappy with the product, the workmanship and the lack of follow up for repairs etc
The product supplied is not fit for purpose and the owners cant use their awning at all The vertical blinds now have no guide cables so the whole installation is useless The electrical work looks like it was done by a pre schooler Like others commenting above, they have taken him to Fair Trading so he wont last long at this rate

USELESS best sums up Jason and everything he does. He mis-measured our awning, never replies to texts, always says he’s been sick, uses supply chain issues as another excuse. He hasn’t completed our job from December 2021. Plain and simple he’s a liar, and a con artist.

THIS IS A SCAM! It's been 12 months since placing an order. Little communication and when there was it was all excuses. Was first promised it would be installed by end of year 2021 then January 2022. It's now September 2022 and still nothing. If you want a new awning don't trust Jason to do the job. Going to court to get our deposit back!

Whatever you do don’t use this company to do any work for you, delays more delays and lies that’s all you will get from this company taking legal action against him he has stuffed me around for the last 9 months. All he wants is to take your money and leave you in the lurch for months. I have never written a bad review about someone but this company deserves this, Rude and arrogate that’s all you get once he doesn’t get his way. I was giving him another chance to complete my job after he stuffed me around for 9 months and he stuffed me around again today after giving him another go, do yourself a favor use a highly reputable company. NEVER TRUST THIS BLOKE! You wanted me to pay you for undelivered goods no chance I know your game take money and leave us for months to complete job! I wasn’t going to stuff my daughters function for you, you had another chance and you blew it! Had a major water leak in our house due to your shocking bracket installation how are you a tradesman?

How dare you try to turn this around on us Jason. We have been waiting since Oct 2021 and we have proof of that and you have made so many excuses so don’t tell us it’s because we didn’t pay you 50% up front you already have a deposit of ours which we are seeking legal advice to get off you. We agreed to pay you 50% when the roof arrives since you have stuffed us around since Oct 21 and you promised so many dates and then gave us a signed letter stating you will finish the roof by 30/6/22 which is tomorrow so when you turned up with only 2 posts and no roof of course We are not going to give you 50% because you promised the products not 2 posts and to top it all off you said you can’t finish the job before Saturday the 2/7/22 which is past our agreement and we told you a number of times that we have a party on the weekend so thanks for letting us down again! We told you 1 month ago to go away after we had enough of all your excuses but you begged us not to go to anyone else and you would do the job so of course I’m not going to give you money upfront since we have been waiting 9 months and still your excuses are continuing. You owe us our deposit money and I will never pay anyone upfront again. You will be hearing from our legal team, thanks for ruining my daughters party. We have never treated you badly but you just want money first and then no delivery! DONT LIE AND SAY YOU DELIVERED THE ROOF BECAUSE ALL YOU HAD WAS 2 POLES AND YOU WANTED 50%, what a JOKE!

Never returns call had recommended to family and very unhappy the workmanship is terrible would shop around

Anasta Renovations hired the shady professional to install us an awning to finish our commercial project.

He has left the job in poor standard has taken 70% of my money with nothing but a damaged awning and left us to pick up the pieces.

Definitely go elsewhere a cheat and a liar.

Paid Jason $12,000 for awning and nothing to show for it. Waiting for installation since Nov 21. No response to letters, emails or phone calls. Matter has been raised with NSW Consumer Affairs.

I wanted to see how the product works.it is a great product and works great.
We had a minor issue for the remote but Jason replaced it within 48 hours.
This guy is a hard working man and work for the client not for himself

Thank you jason for all your hardwork and efforts, Awnings looks really nice and it has definately increase the value of our coffee shop.

Was a bit worried about getting this done but haven't had such good service in a long time. Price was competitive and the quality is great even on a windy Melbourne day. Can't recommend highly enough.
