Spoiled myself for my birthday at the hotel for 3 days. Rooms are amazing. Service is brilliant. Location is lovely. Couldnt ask for more. I will come again!

Stayed here when we visited Melbourne. The location was excellent for what we had to do and everything was within walking distance.

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the past 6 months and the Sebel Moonee Ponds has always been exceptional and staffed by a friendly team. The accomodation is modern, clean and quiet.

The welcome at the front desk was lovely. The room was clean, and well laid out. It had good vibes and a beautiful window letting the outside in. I will happily stay here again.
It is close to good restaurants and great coffee:).

My husband Geoff Brown booked our stay at The Sebel for us to spend the night on the 31st of Dec. 2022 and we checked out 1st of January 2023. Location is great. Staff are amazing at the Front Desk. Thanks for the Upgrade to Rm. 810:) the room is clean and well presented. I'll definitely recommend "The Sebel Moone Ponds" to my friends.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Sebel Moonee Ponds. The room was very clean and tidy with a kitchen, room size was good with a balcony looking towards Docklands. Had good size fridge, oven & microwave. Also washing machine which was good for us as we stayed 8 nights. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good. Great location with a very good selection of restuarants of varied cuisines, wine bars & cafes within a 5 minute walk of the Sebel. Shopping centre located across the road with Coles and other variety stores. The Moonee Ponds train station only a 3-5 minute walk in one direction, with also the Tram 59 the same distance taking you into the Melbourne CBD. Can also swap over to the Tram 57 to go via North Melbourne. The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Very accomodating in our 8 day stay. I can highly recommend the Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds accommodation and staff.

Such bad architecture. Weird cupboards in bedroom, living and kitchen were ugly unusable space wasters. Couldn't find the entrance, you are better off looking for the restaurant, which btw serves great food.

The staff were amazing, every whim and question was met with courtesy and so much helpful information.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was just delicious, they catered to our needs perfectly and made sure everything was just right.
The location was perfect for our needs and we were given expert advice on the best spots in the area to visit.

Food was delicious. Staff attentive and accommodating. We had a wonderful time, celebrating love. Located right in the in the heart of Mooney Ponds.

Went there for work and had a few work issues and manager Belinda Lee made sure by rearranging the restaurant that my meetings could go ahead. Her aptitude to her job is outstanding and I have already sent clients to her.

I have been a long stay customer at the Sebel Moonee Ponds for the past 6 months. The hotel is almost new and the facilities are clean and spotless. All of the staff including the Manager Belinda are extremely kind and attentive. I have a group of friends coming from NZ later this year and have recommended them all to stay here.

We were 3 couples staying in 3 different rooms. Our stay at The Sebel Moonee Ponds was amazing from the moment we arrived. Easy secure parking under the hotel, super friendly staff from check in to restaurant/bar staff and cleaners. In fact, by the end of our stay we knew the names of all staff as they did ours. I must say that the staff were probably the most memorable part of our stay. They truly did take the best care of us. Rooms were super spacious, new, clean and stylish. Location was perfect! We ate at Saros Bar & Dining, one restaurant on Puckle St and had one night cooking in the room. Shopping centre across the road made that easy. Will definitely be returning.

Manager Belinda, and all staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during our short term stay. The location is perfect, close to shops and train station and the room and amenities were excellent. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

My husband and I just completed 6 nights at Sebel Moonee Ponds, we were visiting our son who lives in the apartment complex of Mason Square. The location is brilliant, close to shops, cafes/restaurants/fast food/ pubs/bars, as well as major super markets and public transport. The bed and bedding where all perfect. Couch whilst nice, wasn’t really for lounging on watching a movie - but I guess most guests would be out and about). All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We will be back.
