The teachers and staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. I had no experience dancing before and they have been amazing at teaching me.

I'd not danced before coming to TSF, did the beginner class for Salsa late last year and I haven't been able to stop ever since. Jai's an amazing teacher and he's created such a fun environment, with great supporting staff. Can't get enough of it, thanks Jai!

Beginners intro class was fun and Jai is a great instructor, but 1.5 classes were extremely overbooked, there was no room to practice, we kept bumping into other people and other instructors weren’t good or helpful to beginners. In my evaluation I got a comment - it will get better when you move to 2.0 and dance with other partners. This was something I signed up for together with my partner to try something new.
Private classes would have been much better but I didn’t feel like coming back to TSF after finishing 1.5 course.

Just been to La Fiesta monthly event at the Skydeck in Prahran.
The venue is definitely not equipped for this kind of event and it made me slightly worried.
No airconditioning or ventilation but a couple of small fans, no windows, three toilets for a couple of hundred of people.
I hope the organisers will take more care of dancers.

I had the chance to try the free salsa class last Wednesday and it was fantastic! I really enjoyed the way the teacher makes the classes and how easy it’s looks like, to be honest at the begging I was unsure of me but at the end I was excited about this kind of salsa classes, definitely I’ll do it again; Indeed I’m thinking about starting level 1.5 classes. I gave it a try their free beginner's course with my partner yesterday. It was so much fun and the instructor was amazing! Not only because he made it easy to get it but he also made the whole class really lovely and enjoyable! Great vibe and great people. Will definitely register for their 1.5 course!

Amazing free beginners classes. I've tried their Wednesday salsa and Tuesday bachata. This was my third attempt to learn salsa and it's finally making sense. Jai made everything easy and fun! Definitely moving on to their level 1.5 class. Am just struggling to decide which one to take

Coming to TSF was one of the best decisions I had made in a long time. I was previously a really shy introverted person but coming here and being welcomed to such a fun and encouraging community really bought me out of my shell. It increased my confidence and made me much more outgoing and adventurous. Jai and Diane are encouraging instructors who will make you feel at home even if you're an absolute beginner. Highly recommend to give a go to try dancing and make some new friends.

One of the best things I did after coming to Melbourne was joining TSF. The way they taught helped build confidence in my dancing ability, I went from a very shy and uncoordinated individual to a relatively decent aspiring salsero in the span of a year. Further they foster a very healthy community, that eventually ended up becoming one of my primary forms of socializing.

This is my happy place. I can call TSF as my second home. Such a great Latin dance community to be part of. If you feel like you have nowhere to go to or no one to talk to or want to try out a new hobby, this is a great place to learn new dance skills like salsa/bachata and socialize with hundreds of other people who are on same boat as you. Dance is for everybody and the environment at TSF proves it no matter you are an absolute beginner or an experienced dancer.

Best place for a free beginner class. Fun date idea to learn the basics of salsa or Bachata. They also have classes which are pretty good

This place is an absolute vibe. Jai, Diane and all the instructors are so wonderful with the way they teach.learning salsa has never been so enjoyable! We have tried other dance schools but nothing compares to the salsa foundation

This is the most underrated place for sure! Absolute fun place to be and the beginner Salsa/Bachata classes are free. Brilliantly managed and have amazing fun vibes! If you are stressed out due to work or anything else and needs some downtime to do fun activity then this is your place. Cant thank these guys enough for this and how much hard work, dedication and sincerity they put into this project. A unique gem in Melbourne CBD and i frankly regret i didnt come to know of this place before. If you dance just once in a while give this place a go and you will not be disappointed. If you have a group of friends you want to go with then it will be even more fun!
