Honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Amazing service and knowledge sharing from Renee & the team at TRC Yarraville. I can not recommend this place any higher if you’re looking to get yourself properly fitted and lift your running game. Amazing local business that I wish I discovered earlier. Answered all my questions and gave me suggestions and a pair of runners based on my running goals. Sure you could potentially find a cheaper deal elsewhere but you don't get the same service when buying online.

Would like to see ON Running and other brands in stock soon and maybe more colourways.

This is the place to go. Excellent, warm and knowledgable service here from some lovely people. Never felt anything less than 100 per cent understood and looked after, will definitely be back for all future shoes and running chat!

I visited The Running Company - Yaraville store for the first time and I am pretty happy with the advice/guidance provided to
me in selecting the correct running shoe. Though I have already Visited TRC - Albertpark store and the customer service was excellent. The reason for visiting the TRC store is because they give best suggestion on which shoe would be good for me, additionally they are just not like any other store, where people will only try to sell what they want. I am glad that I visited the store and got what I was looking for. Hopefully, will be visiting the store soon to get a new pair. Great job guys!

Kickass place to get shoes fitted and fitted properly. Spent half an hour going over shoe styles and what would work best for my feet from just a walk in. No booking required. Individual I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable and that's something you just can't get from other stores. Safe to say the foot pain I used to have when running is long gone.

Fantastic experience instore Renee was very knowledgeable and professional in catering exactly what was needed. I travelled all the way from sunbury due to a recommendation from my neighbour and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Will be shopping here for my shoes from now on.

I had a fitting with Renee and the service was absolutely fantastic. After speaking about my running, what I was currently wearing and what I liked and didn't like about them, Renee put me on the treadmill and did some gait analysis.

Further measurements revealed the shoe I had bought elsewhere was a size too small and the suggestions Renee made felt much better and ticked all the boxes I was after. Thank you for your expertise!

I have always had great service and individualised and knowledgeable advice at the Yarraville Running Company, and cannot recommend them highly enough. On my most recent visit after starting to transition to longer runs, I went from hobbling for days and missing training sessions due to sore feet, to being able to confidently build on my distance without even thinking about my feet. These guys really know their stuff!
