The most disinterested staff I've ever had the misfortune to try and get help from, and why act surprised when someone asks the cost of a pair of trainers, if you don't want to answer the question maybe display the prices and we wouldn't have to interrupt your conversation with your friend

Massive thanks to Chelsea who helped me out picking out new shoes. You can tell she really knows her stuff and took the time to make sure I walked (or ran! Ha) out of there with the best shoe for me. I've been to a couple Running Company stores around Melbourne and I am always SO happy with their service! There's just no comparison to any other shoe store (and I feel like I've been to nearly all of them at this point!). Super great that they allow you to test the shoes out outside! Thanks again

This store is really something else. It's funky, minimal and a bit of a showcase. Service is streamline and I felt completely at ease and in expert hands. I'm in love with my new shoes and can't wait to get my hands on them. I'm hoping to pick them up early next. The whole experience was top notch. We all love to feel important and pampered I felt both. I know where to go now when I need a fitting for new shoes. Divine.

Mitch is great guy with in-depth knowledge of choosing the right shoe for me. I had been given wrong advices from other running shoe shops and even the podiatrist. Mitch spot the wrong type of shoes I had the moment I walked into the shop. After the gait analysis, Mitch suggested a few shoes and helped me to find the right fit. Great service, great personalit. Recently got fitted by Mitch at the Running Company Albert park with some Altra Olympus 5's. Shoes are extremely comfy and service was spot on. Mitch had me on the treadmill to gauge my running set up which was great.

Would recommend anyone who is indeed of some new running shoes.

I never post reviews but went in yesterday for a pair of running shoes. For someone just getting back into running, Mitch was very helpful in not only shoe selection, but gave great general running advice as well. 10/10 would recommend

5 stars for the mechanical assessment, the tailored approach to finding the perfect fit and the good natured staff. Could not recommend highly enough. I’ll never send my running patients anywhere else.

Over the last couple I have had some major health issues. Recently I was feeling really good before hurting my back. After physio, massages & scans, my pain moved to my lower leg & I was having difficulty walking. I found out I had Achilles & heel spur. Not an easy fix & something that disturbed my sleep. After visiting the store, Mitchell was able to assist me with a shoe support and a different pair of runners. From the next day, my pain was virtually gone & I was sleeping all night. Total trust in this store's knowledgeable staff and their solution to my spurs. No surgery needed - extremely happy with outcome. Thank Mitchell.

Best experience buying shoes ever, Sarah (hope that's right?) Was super helpful with helping me choose my ASICS. I tried on 4 pairs until we found a good fit. I really enjoyed learning more about my running style and I have banged out a few good runs since. Thanks so much!

A completely different experience compared to any other shoe purchasing experience I've had. They take a very scientific and measured approach to finding the right shoe for your needs. Highly recommended.

Incredible service. Could not recommend it any more highly! I'm an avid runner who was suffering for 2 years from a chronic lower leg injury. Two weeks post Mitch fitting me with the "right" shoe for my biomechanics, my injury is almost gone and I've never felt better on my runs. Can't believe how much of a difference it makes running in the right shoe (and size). Absolute game changer! Thanks again Mitch
