Always great service and the team take the time to understand your needs in a shoe, not trying to sell you the to be most expensive shoe in the shop that has no benefit to you. I have been going to the Running Company for 4 years and will not go anywhere else do or my running as shoe needs

Have been coming here to get fitted for my running shoes for several years now, came on recommendation from a running friend. It is not in my area, I reside on the Mornington Peninsula. I will continue coming here annually to get fitted for my running shoes, because they are so good at what they do, and are also runners, so really understand what an individual requires. Am also a convert to the Injinji toe socks, which they stock. Thankfully don't get any toe damage at all now. ‍️

Hands down some of the best customer service I've experienced in a retail store over the past few years. TRC Ballarat took me through the entire process of finding the perfect shoe for me and answered all the questions I had. I've already told many others the great effort the team showed, and will be back for my next pair for sure.

The only thing more impressive than their knowledge and expertise is their incredible customer service. You can tell Julian and his team genuinely love what they do and care that their customers do, too. If any of their energy rubs off on the shoes then The Running Company Ballarat are sending out PBs too.

First running company experience. The whole process was seamless from booking my shoe fitting. Jimmy was great, friendly, very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to get me in the right shoe even afterwards when I had questions over the phone. Once a loyal athletes foot customer, no longer now thanks to this great company and bunch of legends!

Bri, Julian and their team are second to none when it comes to knowledge, advice and range. They have genuine expertise around running shoes and gear. They provide the epitome of customer service and really care that you end up with the right shoe.
A couple of times I purchased shoes online due to lockdown restrictions and when I realised I chose the wrong size, they made exchanging them for the correct size so easy. They go out of their way to help. Advice around shoes for injuries is outstanding. I wouldn’t buy my shoes from anyone else.

Went there for the first time yesterday after being so stubborn about the brand of shoes I was always running in. Staff were brilliant extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Needless to say I’ll never set foot into the previous brand of runners I was using. If you are a runner this is service I highly recommend 10/10

When it comes to running the right shoe can make a difference, either to performance or to avoiding injury - this crew bends over backwards to help out and share knowledge and advice. Highly recommended, even if you can only shop online.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Have been a couple of times now to get some running shoes fitted and they take a lot of time and provide excellent service and once again I found the perfect fitting running shoe. Please keep up the good work guys, I will be coming back again!

At 61, and with osteoarthritis, I decided to get into running again! The shoes that I had didn't cut it, but with help from The Running Company in Ballarat, and Bree, I'm now running pain free, well, I call it running.
