I needed a pair of runners to suit my orthotics and was recommended to go to the Running Company. The assistant gave me a variety of shoes to try and was very informative about their range of shoes. She followed a script from my podiatrist carefully and was very helpful and patient in the process. I’m very happy with my shoes and would recommend this store to anybody looking for a more taylor made solution to the fitting of their their sneakers.

The customer service provided was amazing. Was able to try on lots of shoes without any pressure of buying, used the treadmills to identify the best fit. Great convo about triathlons and trail running! Thanks!
