Such a great place for shoes. A full assessment, they really care aly finding the right shoes for you, that will help you love running in them.

Great customer service. Personal one on one and help you find the correct shoes for your run. And not only runners but the right socks and anything running. I will be back.

Came in just expecting to pick a pair of shoes off the shelf, but instead I was able to test and try so many types of shoes to find exactly what I needed. Couldn’t be happier!

My friend and I had heard excellent stuff about this shop in a local Facebook group. We finally visited today and were super-impressed! We had our feet assessed and learned SO much in the process. We never felt rushed and we loved that we were given so many good options to try on. This is absolutely a very different experience to going to one of the big chain stores - it felt so personalised and we wish we'd done it sooner. We both came away very happy with our purchases and couldn't stop talking about our experience all day! Would highly recommend! And don't be fooled by the name of the shop - my friend and I aren't runners but avid walkers. So they really do cater to everyone - runners AND walkers!

Great place to go if you have no idea what sort of shoe you want/need. The staff will analyze your foot for you to find the right fit. They were very friendly and patient throughout the process until we found the right one

As a beginner runner it can be a bit daunting to find running shoes that are good for you - there is a lot of information out there!
Going to this shop just made everything very easy and simple. They don’t necessarily look at the shape of your feet only, they watch you run / walk (several times, with different shoes!), they also ask you questions… and based on that they make their recommendations!
I am loving my new runners and will definitely be going back for my second pair! Thanks so much for the help I had a really great experience!

When The Running Company say they pride themselves on fitting the perfect shoe, they mean it. I consulted with Troy from Clifton Hill, his care and understanding was simply outstanding. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Helpful but cannot purchase items easily without a booking, even when you know exactly what you need. So need to plan in advance to buy.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I purchased the shoes recommended by the friendly staff at The Running Company. Could not be more pleased with the comfort and fit! Back into running again without blisters or pain. Great shop and service:)

Staff are highly knowledgeable and were very patient with me coming in with absolutely no clue what I wanted or needed. Took the time to assess my running on the treadmill with video recording to show me what was going on, and test out a bunch of different shoes. Exceptional customer service, I'll definitely be back.

This place is the bee's knees. Staff and shop are exceptional. Well stocked range of runners and knick knacks to keep your running stoke alive. Service is really something. Staff are wizard knowledgable and patient. Came in to buy some shoes and just about happy jogged out with some runners and new learnings about how my feet work. An extra thank you to Chris. Will be back fo shizzle.

After accomodating me for a last minute fitting, Tom and the new team member were great at taking the time to properly fit me to a new pair of shoes whilst demonstrating their knowledge explaining the pros & cons of each pair. Fantastic in store experience!

I was recommended to the running company by my Physio. I was served by Jess. She listened to my problems and bought out 3 different types of shoes. With 2 pairs I felt like I was walking on cloud nine. I couldn’t choose between the two, so I bought both pairs. Thankyou Jess for listening to me and making me and my feet a lot happier.
