The Roundabout Takeaway Cafe

Had a burger with the lot. Good enough I suppose. Buns would be better if toasted. Dim Sims were Dim Sims. I had planned to have fish and chips a couple of days later but it was closed even though it’s opening hours were closed 8: 00pm and it was only 7: 30.

Good place to go for fish and chips service was good food came out promptly and was cooked well

The grilled fish was a-lure-ing. It was swimmingly fin-ished with lemon. I am o-fish-ally a fan as they have reached the top of their scale.

Had some fish and chips takeaway.
Lovely fish with some crunchy chips.
Reasonable price.
Fried chicken was good too.
Accepts cash.

Got a chicken schnitzel burger for lunch and really enjoyed it! Service was nice and friendly, stopped in on our way out of town again for breakfast

Typical local fish n chipper, but their potato cakes are on point. Chunky, crunchy, and very very more-ish

Great fish and chips, burgers and souvlaki. Clean shop, polite staff good food when your hungry and on the go. Can eat in or take away.

Went here with 5 friends and every one of us loved the burgers. I had the Big Smash and it was easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. Chips were great too.

Souvlaki tasted like a cold wrap. Had food from the Roundabout Takeaway Cafe when we were renting our ski equipment and from CKK kebabs upon return - the difference in enjoyment and quality is quite large. Recommend you go to CKK if you’re looking for warm and filling kebabs that are actually toasted. The service here was okay but the food is not quite worth it.

Genuinely terrible food, the potato cakes made me genuinely sick, the hotdog was drenched in sauce and the counter lady had absolutely appalling manners, literally ignored me the whole time and was just rude in general. Don't waste your money.

This place would in my opinion, have the best fish and chips in town atm. All food was cooked fresh to order. Prices were reasonable and the batter on the fish was crispy and light. Polite service also a plus. Job well done

Price was very good, unfortunately, food not so great.
I ordered a Lamb Souvlaki and asked for no onions and chilli and garlic sauce. I got a loosely wrapped Lamb Souvlaki with lots of fat on it. Taste was very nice, but I also got Cheese, 1.5 pieces of tomato and no chilli sauce.
My partner ordered chips and potato cakes with lots of salt and vinegar and 2 potato cakes. He got chips and potato cakes barely cooked and didn’t eat half of it. No vinegar and barely any salt. Threw half of it away.

To be fair people need a break, but I feel if they want their business to improve maybe double check all orders and make sure food is cooked, otherwise the flavour was really nice.

We waited 40mins for the worst food we have ever had. It was blatantly clear the staff did not know how to run a kitchen or the front house, nor did they enjoy the job! Unless you want to wait 40mins for some sub-par food, don’t ever come here.

Worst food EVER!

waited 45mins for two king burgers and chips. Meat was black and so was the onion.what a waste of $30 for charcoal burnt gross food.

Good Value friendly staff good food flake was a bit bland usually get blue grenadier im sure that would have been brilliant.

Friendly and chill staff, amazing value, and good food. Classic burgers with legendary size and taste! Dont know what the reviews going on about long wait times are about, you cant rush food, ive never had to wait longer than expected and I eat here frequently.

Waited around an hour for some chips which were poorly cooked and unsalted.our crab sticks were not appealing among others.vert disappointing, would not recommend unless you like to wait an hour and more for some processed, poorly produced food

Waited 50 minutes for a burger and a crab stick. Messed up my order 3 times. Saw 3 people who ordered after me get their order first. Very average food. Mansfield should’ve kept the subway.
