2 Perfect natural beauty in the surrounding environment friendly staff, but still got two suggestions the stay more memorable:
1. The 2nd day 45-minute breakfast could be considered extending to slightly longer, say 1.5 hours long.
2. Certain room is hard to find a power outlet, even though hair dryer and cloth iron are provided.
Was gifted this high tea experience and had high expectations of this "fancy" place. Upon arriving we entered via doors that had paint peeling on them and found this very unwelcoming. We were ushered into an atrium area and the table was set out lovely with gold cutlery and fine china. Not long after we were served a mix of sandwiches and petit fours. The bread on sandwiches was dry however the fillings were tasty. As we are not big eaters we hardly touched the petit fours and was disappointed that they would not let us take them home (see picture) due to health and safety issues. We were prepared to sign a waiver nullifying their indemnity if we became sick but we were given a flat no. I have attended many high teas and have not encountered this issue before. Given the cost of this experience it did not seem right to leave this food and know that it was going to be disposed of as waste. Also I would like to suggest that they keep a jug of water on each table as the glasses are small and you had to constantly wait for a refill. We had high hopes on the way to this place and left with a sour taste in our mouth.
