The Reject Shop Lilydale

The same female cashier that others have spoken of was rude and dismissive towards me too. She made me uncomfortable and I left the store without buying anything.
I certainly hope their head office and management read the email I sent regarding this person’s attitude. Inexcusable arrogance.

Store is always clean, store is full again and has some fresh stuff coming thru Friendly and helpful staff. Love going down there

Seems like products aren't cheaper than main stores any more so I don't see the point in coming here any further

Now they have a reasonable selection of groceries and health supplies at good prices I will shop there more often. The Tesco range looks good.

Love this store. Currently rearranging their shelving and store looks a bit bare in parts but I can always find a bargain!

Store is always clean, usually fully stocked but lockdown has made that tough. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bought a pet enclosure that was supposed to have 8 panels and it only had 7 we had to use it but not very happy would appreciate some some of reimbursement!

Needed something in bulk in a certain color, they did not have it but called around and found some for me at another store close by. Very helpful, with great customer service.

I visit this store on a regular basis and it does offer a variety of items.
I was there again on the 21/10/2019 at 11.45 am and was attended by a female cashier on lane 4. She was not well coming, rude and arrogant staff member. I have purchase few items and approximately 10 class candles as well and she just dumped all the items in a plastic bag and did care the hell if the bag broke on my way out. I asked her very politely for some of the items to be packed into another bag but she just could not care and i had to go out and repack my stuff after purchasing a bag from safe way. There was 2 other customers in front of me and also felt she was rude and the impression we got that she purely did not want to be there. Management needs to be more vigilant and have staff trained properly in customer service. This has not been my first experience at this outlet.

A review of the Reject shop. Where to start. It a reject shop not the Louve. You got there to get stuff, not to pause and review. Ah the latest stock is out. Must go. Seriously it okay.

The only thing that I have to say needs changing, is more staff available on the tills. I was there today and with only 1 staff member working 1 of the 4 tills, til someone else eventually finished putting the sunglasses on the stand!

The young girls on checkout aren't particularly friendly or welcoming. Apart from that though the store is great and has some really cool things.

Staff was friendly. They didn't have what I was looking for but was easy to navigate around the store

The shop is very nice, they have lots of good things in there, and they are not expensive, the staff are very friendly and very helpful

Regular customer and usually good service, last Friday night changed that, my daughter asked for a simple refund for purchase 5 minutes prior only to have a very rude female assistant try to refuse, she had my pregnant daughter stand there for at least 15 minutes before tossing a tantrum stomping feet and banging things on counter and register before finally refunding, and yes we did have proof of purchase. She claimed to be manager but with that behavior I have my doubts.

Nog a bad store as far as they go. Staff are always friendly & usually available. Ive been to worse stores.

Purchase made last night had a broken part. I rang them immediately for support but got left without their help. So we rang our next closest store who were extremely helpful and will take the broken one.
I was hoping Lilydale could have assisted more as its a mobility walker that had a broken brake.
A little bit important I would have thought.
Yes I understand you had no more stock, but more support could have been offered by them calling that store, who were fantastic. Thankyou Croydon.
