Store is awesome, but try and get someone on the phone forget it called 4xs nothing 1 star for getting someone on the phone

One of the regular reject shops items you can get. Acceptable prices and quality for pets items and low ends cleaning liquids for home. Most of food items are usually non perishables and instant stuff. Deals are usually random week by week basis.

Very good place for bargain hunt. Staff a very friendly and helpful. Shop is spacious easy to walk around.

They work heaps better than the Job Squad ones regularly stocked here which are too soft to efficiently remove any built up grime or baked on food from dishes. There the best scours I'v ever bought and only want to by those ones due to their efficiency.

The staff didn't know what covid was and just used gloves handled heaps of stock they where putting out then did the register and served heaps of customers not once inbetween customer sterilized there hands so cross contaminated everything. But great products apart from that

Knox location is clean and has polite staff. They're not a speciality store and don't always have the same stock but who is really splitting hairs over cheap washing baskets and discounted snacks?

Great range and even better prices.only thing l would change would be the attitude & manners of staff leave a lot to be desired. No acknowledging customer entering, during shopping or purchasing at the check out and all look like their dog just died - miserable faces!

Good products & excellent prices. Much cheaper than the supermarkets. The staff do a good job.

I like the Reject shop but found this one a bit cluttery in the thin aisles, but as always the prices are great. Didnt seem to be as much variety as other Reject shops

Older male staff member insulted me with a snide remark after my basket handle slipped out of my hand. Really shook up about or still. Aonr be coming back ever

A good place to pick up inexpensive basic craft and stationery for kids, dogs, homeware, toys, toiletry, fancy boxes to store all your Knick knacks and other stuff you've just bought there. Staff do struggle to keep the place well presented. A busy well visited place by people out for another bargain.

All the staff are amazing, helpful and courteous whether it be on the phone or in store.
Quick and friend service and assistance every time. On the floor help and at the check outs.
Love the new check out lay out too.
These guys could so train over half the stores in Knox City on how to CARE for their customers.

Salespersons here are totally unaware of a concept called customer service. Don't bother asking them if they have 'xyz' in their store. Their reply will be 'if we have it, it'll be in aisle number. '. Wonder when people will realize the truth about customer satisfaction. Time to have a second look at your hiring policy!
