The Reject Shop Craigieburn reviews
14Worst experience ever walked in and picked up a product and then heard 2 workers talk about me thinking that I was going to steal, I walked around the shop looking at other stuff and the worker was following me everywhere I went staring at me the entire time when I was just trying to decide if I wanted that or something else I then bought it and she was still staring at me the entire time
I walked into this store enquiring about beach chairs as the ones they had displayed in the window were hard to get to. I approached a lady named Petala and asked if she had any chairs in store and she quickly and rudely replied “ we don’t have any left “ and was walking away from me while talking. I wanted to explain to her that I couldn’t get to the ones displayed and wanted to know if there was a designated section for them but she was so abrupt and cut me off. I then asked if she was the manager and she just rolled her eyes and said no I’m not. I had to ask her for her name as she had no name badge on like her colleagues. Didn’t end up purchasing anything as I disliked the customer service provided by this particular staff member. A little politeness can go a long way Petala.
Checkout chick was very rude. The whole store had rude rushing type of vibe to it. I found the staff to be unhygienic as well.
Terrible customer service from Kate. I already have a hard time enough being a poc around here but she didn't have to be racist and gaslight me in store. Trying to make me look stupid as I was picking up bags. I felt very vulnerable and hurt today.
Abusive staff and management. The shop is always messy and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The store manager tina was very rude and unhelpful and was on a phone call while i was trying to ask for help. The store used to be great but has changed a lot during the past few months.
Excellent customer service at the store, good shopping experience, has lot of stuff to chose from, some items sold are very good quality yet very competitive in price, like gaming accessories.
Not good not bad. Store size was small compared to other reject shop sizes.
My only issue is the social distancing. They let too many people in st once.
Nice place. They do have some household items at a bargain. Usually go there to buy pots. Nice and cheap
Very tidy and organize. Clean and cheap products. I found all what I wanted. Thank you for your service.
Oh I just love everything about it myself and my Granddaughter just love coming here whether it be craft stuff or cards for all occasions plus the staff are great
Really needs more variety of Indian products & overall as well. According to population strength very small store.
It has changed over the last few months, used to be great. Now has abusive staff and manager who cares only about her own importance. Take your business elsewhere if you value your dignity.
Convenient location. Layout and cleanliness of this store is pleasant. Staff have been friendly and provide good customer service each time I have visited this store.
Unfortunately I'm not going to give the reject shop in the highlands shopping center more than 2 stars. My reasons are, although the staff are lovely, I find some of their products alittle too high in price especially when their products are distributed to the reject shops because they might be slightly damaged or overstocked.
The reason why they are called the reject shop is in the name, therefore it would be expected to see further cuts in some of their stock making it affordable for all especially those not in the workforce.
On occasion you might be lucky but if it's not out of your way after doing your grocery shopping do pop in an who knows, you just might find a bargain.
