The Reject Shop Altona

I rang to find what I needed they didn't have but the assistant was very helpful and found another shop that may stock it. So was very pleased thank you Reject shop.

Kicked out of the store at 5: 30 although it closes at 6. Thanks for the hand in my face by the way:)

Great store well set out. Great customer service and amazing prices great value for money spent.

Need to be more service centric as the person at the cash counter rushed to bill and asked to move quickly. When asked the lady to provide the cart, with no courtesy she dragged the cart which fell near my leg

Terrible pick packing for the delivery service. Must not double check as they said it’s happened before. 4/16 items wrong 2 refunded without replacement.

I like shopping here, plenty of car parking spaces out the front. Wide aisles and good selection on offer. I always seem to find something here. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

My mother and I entered the store last week and I was appalled by the customer service we received at the check out. I believe the young girl should've offered us a bag as we had a over full basket of items. As we tried to hold it all, she continued to ignore us and then afterwards offer us a bag. Next time, offer all your customers a bag.

The shop it self actually pretty big compare to other nearby reject store, well organised and displayed!
However the customer service is hit and miss! There’s time when the shop assistant is helpful and genuinely care but unfortunately today served by a not very friendly nor helpful staff when I actually need some assistance more than any other times.

I bought a enamelled cast iron skillet for 15$ and it was used to make paella well. It was good product sold at an amazing price. I would just wish the reject shop stocks up a bit more on the food sections as they seem a bit low on stock and variety.

I like this shop, plenty of goods on offer for a small space. Only complaint today is that i couldn't find any fairy things for my daughter's garden, but i got some other bargains.

One of the things I like about the Reject shop is they carry certain lines, for a long while. It means I can go back to any store and still get matching storage containers etc. Staff are usually helpful and polite.

I love the reject shop they are selling some items that you would normally buy in the supermarkets but only cheaper a lot cheaper

Not a bad place. It's smaller than the average Reject shop but it had everything I needed. Actually they had things in stock that the bigger one closer to where I live didn't have in.

Great place to shop for great bargains on cleaning products I wouldn't shop anywhere else, there a lot cheaper here. As for all other items they have plenty of everything you need on and outside your home, they cater for animals, they have clothes etc. I strongly feel its worth checking them out.

Great stuff! Great for bits and pieces. Party gear, kids toys and house interiors and exteriors, gardening and pet gear.
