The Reject Shop

In the website stores says open till 7, so annoying reached there and store was closed. Either update your trading timing or keep it open until the time been mentioned on the website

When i walked in i was greeted by a look up and down.i got the items i wanted and waited at the register for about 10 minutes.there were 2 staff talking about something while they could clearly see i was waiting to be seen at the register.after they finished their conversation the girl slowly walked over to me with a mouthful of food and put her food down.she scanned all my items without saying a word and only said the price.

If i could give no stars i would, what do you mean ur store closes at 6pm when the website says 8pm? Shortage of staff even? Ong ya’ll saving cost to the point where u cant even keep the store running? Das jst bad

Love this store great service prob 1 of the biggest stores with big variety. Better than small shops Tarneit & Plaza. I would call this a flagship store.

Whenever I have shopped at this store the staff have been wonderful.

On a lovely Saturday morning I was at the checking out at the store, a young lady came to the counter, I was surprised to see a very unhappy unhappy face, no greeting ever, not even a word, as if you have bothered her and she really hates you for doing this. You almost can read behind the face as “why did you bring me here to serve you, can’t you just stay away from me? ” I was a bit shocked but I was here for the product as what I usually buy so I was quietly paying; the lady customer behind me then told her “you can smile you know? It’s gonna be a good day”, but the shop assistant still had no words despite the lady customer’s reminding.

So it is just a kindly suggestions from a regular neighbourhood customer: if people really hates to be a shop assistant, probably there’s something else she can do. So overall rating: product is still fine, customer service, negative.

Reject Shop in Werribee is the best. No probs with parking, always updating their stock, and friendly staff.

Large premises with well-spaced shelving. Stock includes cleaning materials, homewares, linen, storage, pet supplies, clothing, glassware, cards, gift wrap, and confectionery. Trolleys and shopping baskets available.

Great store! I really enjoy cruising through the isles and shopping for candles. The staff are beautiful, especially the girl with the curly hair. She really lights up my day ;)

I went there new shop weribee central on the 1st of July, I believe Isles are to narrow, I was there for one minute, checking out the drink Isles, another customer, woman, came to me, excuse me, move, she said, I didn't want to create a scene in front of my child, so we moved aside, then I continued, at the checkout, they would not pack my items, I had to do it myself, they said their registers are the wrong way around, so could not do it, I don't have this problem in weribee pacific.never go there again
