I would like to thank Anh for providing an amazing customer service. He went out of his way to look for the item I needed.

I was looking for this item in different stores of reject shop. However, no one seem to bother about looking in back stock.

Bit disappointed that there was no washing liquid available. But found cute little packs of stickers for the kids.

I like what they have for sale and every person on the register are all so polite and nicely spoken.

Might be great if they picked up the phone.
They never answer the phone in this store
have had multiple order issues with door dash that could have easily been resolved if they picked up just once.

Gorgeous shop with some low, low prices. Bought 4 chocolate bars for 1 DOLLAR! My favourite thing about it is that it is an amazing photo shoot location. My friends and I took some exquisite pictures with flowers, balloons, etc!

Reject friendly staff and great service and things are easy to find on shelves and neat and tidy and store is clean

The shop just renovated (well at least during lockdown). The aisles are much wider and it looks much brighter. I know it's done to allow social distancing but it does make the shop looks better.

The young chap on the register at 11am today provided excellent customer service with cheery chit chat. A credit to his company.

So many cheap options including bathroom needs as well as chocolates and gardening tools. Very cheap generally.

Would highly recommend searching here for any supplies you require (from party supplies and laundry powder to glassware and snacks) before going to Woolies/Coles/Target/Big W as you will almost always find it here for cheaper! Also, Paul deserves a promotion for always providing the best service.

It is a nice place to find lots things in a very low price. Do not expect great quality in everything though

Nice big store, I can browse for ages. I got good customer service when I had trouble finding what I was looking for.

Always cheap but customer service here is shocking. I watched a girl looking at the guy serving and the large line I was also in and totally ignore it to continue chatting to another co worker. The poor guy serving was trying to hurry and clearly needed help. Also when the girl finally decided to help she seemed too distracted by her false lashes to actually serve her customer.

Some of the checkout people are a little bit over it. But I’d probably be too. Cheap American sweets in there too.
