It was such a wonderful experience, we selected a living room rug in 5 minutes we just knew it was the one. We are so happy with our purchase and the service. We just bought a magnificent Persian carpet from The Red Carpet. Dean was very helpful and they delivered it to our home the same day. They assisted us with moving the furniture and placing the carpet exactly where we wanted it (it’s very large). They were totally professional and the carpet is just perfect for our home. We had a fantastic experience here. Customer service from Mohammed was great as we selected our favourite rugs from the amazing range - great product knowledge, friendly, helpful - all round couldn’t have asked for more.

They are absolutely the best. We were there on Saturday, bought one traditional Persian carpet, took home, felt like we may try some other styles. We end up in the shop on the next day and Dean helped us with design etc. We took two extra one home, tried them out, and finally pick one superfine Kashmir one. The carpet is very well priced and the service is the best. Will never go anywhere else for carpet. They are plenty of designs.

Very happy with the service and advice we received from Mohammad. He was very knowledgeable. We were able to take home two rugs on approval when we just couldn't decide; now we know we have made the right choice!

We found Red Carpet on the internet and found a rug we loved. We went into the store to look at the rug and Mohammad looked after us. After looking at the rug we thought we liked, we changed our minds. Mohammad could not have been any more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He displayed 3 rugs for us and we finally found the one we both loved. Another thing we loved was the fact that if we took the rug home and didn’t like it in the room, Mohammad was going to bring another 2 options, of our choice, out to our home to see how they looked and we could do an exchange. Can’t get any better service than that. We would highly recommend Red Carpet for choice, service and quality.

Would highly recommend Dean and his team at The Red Carpet. We entered the store at 4: 30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Dean ran us through our options and advised us on sizing. We selected 3 rugs which he kindly bought to our house 30-40 mins later. He showed us all 3 before we made a choice. Unbelievable service, not pushy and very well priced.

I highly recommend this store! I bought 2 beautiful carpets from them a few years ago and are still very happy with them (exceptional quality!). I also purchased 2 more carpets a few days ago for my mum's new apartment which are also just stunning. Their carpets are of amazing quality and the service was very friendly and professional. If you want something one of a kind for your home, this is the place you have to go!

This was my second experience in visiting a handmade Iranian carpet shop in Melbourne. The first store I visited was 'Diamond Persian Rug Gallery in Camberwell'. I had a horrible experience with them as the owner of the Diamond gallery is the most rude person I have ever encountered in my life.

On the contrary, my second visit to the 'Red Carpet Gallery' was a delight. I am very glad that I found them. They have the most beautiful range of carpets, from traditional to modern designs, as well as the most beautiful, polite and patient staff. I highly recommend visiting them.
