I have worked with this company for many years now. The schedulers are always friendly and helpful. It won't make you rich but if you have spare time and the job fits in with your lifestyle then it can be worthwhile. Being able to self-assign some of the available jobs is a good recent improvement.

I have called Realise People Solutions 3 times, with no response. The phone just calls out. Not impressed.

I was doing jobs for this company about 2 years ago. I was asked to do a job in Gunnedah NSW, which is 3 1/2 (7 drivehours hours round trip) from my residence, and I would get a bonus $100. I also got asked to do jobs in Forster NSW, which is around 2 hours (4 hours round trip) from my place, I accepted the offers and I also did other jobs as well, but when it came time to pay me, I get an email from a Candice Badenhope saying they can't pay me until I send id through, which I thought was rather strange, as id should be needed when you sign up. I sent my id through, and received an email back saying it could not be verified, and they can't pay me. I am out of pocket quite a fair bit, due to the travel and time the jobs took.
Absolutely pathetic, considering I sent my drivers license through.

I have been a mystery shopper with Realise Group for a number of years now. The scheduler is very flexible and easy to deal with, for example I have been approached to do regional shops and offered additional funds for my travel. I have also been offered shops when I have been on holidays. It is a little bit of extra cash for doing what I would normally do and shop anyway.

I have worked as a mystery shopper for this wonderful company for a number of months. I am able to choose jobs that work within my lifestyle and I love the variety. The company pay very well for the jobs presented. Communication to the company has also been very easy and I am always able to shift a few jobs if something unexpected occurs. Realise are a very understanding business and I enjoy working for them. Thankyou for having me.

I have been a mystery shopper with this group for at least three years and I enjoy what I do. It is fun and gives me some pocket money. The pay isn't great especially for tasks that consume many hours and are tricky. Overall I love it.

What a waste of time. They only ever had one job in my town and I was asked to do it every 2 months.a small opticians with a couple of shop assistants and I was asked to go in every 2 months and ask the same questions. What a joke, they knew I was a mystery shopper. Unless you're in a city this is pointless.

I have been a mystery shopper with this company many years and have had nothing but positive experience. Great interaction with my scheduled coordinators and love the variety of work offered. Very consistent with feedback and payment. Highly recommend

Mystery Shopping. A great way to make a bit of extra money. If you're lucky, and you prove that you are a reliable shopper, they will ask you to do shops. Take Realise for example. They asked me to do a shop at the last minute. Two even. That came with a competitor shop. They scheduled it for a Sunday, and gave me the competitor shop for that same Sunday. Only on the day they had scheduled me, the competitor they scheduled was closed. So that rendered the whole shop invalid.

Hmmm.

Oh, and don't go with this group if you're expecting a reliable pay. They say they will pay 'the next month, in the second or third week. ' So if you're trying to budget, forget about it. They don't send pay advices. It's up to you to check the individual shop in the shop log for a pay day.

And forget about asking for assistance. They only have emails. No phone contacts. And if they *happen* to assign you a shop that will be invalid because of their scheduling system, that you still invest time in, taking photographs and notes, and write the report for, you will need to email them at least 5 times to get a response. The day before you should be paid.

Sooo.no more mystery shops with this group then.

The staff was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Scolded me over the phone because they couldn't get hold of me for two weeks even though I already apologised several times. Due to this very bad experience I don't recommend this company specially if you have an accent. They will leave voice messages with a very rude tone. It is also not worth doing if the assignment requires you to purchase because you will only get paid if they are satisfied with your work.
