Anna is an absolute lash genius - I refuse to get my lash extensions done by anyone else now. Her professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail is on point and she doesn’t settle for less than perfection. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Charged me full price for a missed appointment? Cancelled on me multiple times for lip tattoo sessions at the last minute yet had the audacity to chastise me for a missed appointment. Once when I was sick she sent me a sad face complaining that it would be hard to fill the spot despite me having been a longtime customer. She even accepted extra cash I gave her for a lash appointment because I was being nice lol. Don’t go here - takes forever to do a simple lash set. Save your money and go somewhere that won’t take two hours out of your day for basic lashes and who has some integrity. She literally charged my card from details she kept on file without my consent for a service she did not provide. I raised a dispute with my bank but this isn’t something I should have to deal with from my lash lady - disgusting
