Her love for this meditation practice radiates from her and is inspirational for anyone looking to commit to a regular meditation practice. Her ability to share and hold space for her students to learn and be curious is supportive and encouraging. I found learning this practice from Lisa during her Learn to Meditate course easy and rewarding and it has benefited my life (and those around me) in many ways. Her support and availability after the initial course is outstanding as well.
