Loved the nail service at this place! The manicurist was very nice and friendly, and I loved the design! Definitely recommend to go.

I got a voucher off Group On but can't seem to leave a review there so I will leave it here. No complaints about the shop set up, the lady was lovely, and my eyelashes looked great once done. My first issue though was how uncomfortable the beds were though so the session seemed to really drag on as I was keen to get off the bed (no the experience I've had at other places where I have been super comfy and almost fallen to sleep). That was fine though if the service was good!

It was a couple of days afterwards that the problems became clear. The fake eyelashes were super hard so if I rolled over and they touched the pillow, they seemed to really poke me. Then the eyelashes started coming really unevenly - and especially on one side. I could see my eyelashes coming out with the fake eyelashes despite them seemingly coming out on their own natural course. I used best practice and tried not touching my eyes or even putting make up on them for the first week. I only gently cleaned them. And now, two weeks later I have eyelashes missing and they are short and stumpy. Really disappointed as I've obviously gone to get my eyelashes done to make me feel good and I'm left with eyelashes that will take some time to grow back

Wow! I am so impressed by The Queen Total Beauty! I asked if they could fix my horrible lash lift from a previous Groupon deal from another salon and they said they could! They put in the extra effort to fix my lashes and I am so thankful they did. Exceptional customer service to go the extra mile to help me! Very unique and relaxing experience. Very professional. I can't thank you enough for fixing my lashes for me. My lash lift looks great. Definitely worth the money.

I went for the aqua peel care and massage for my face and neck, and I must say the service I received here was exceptional. Ari was a professional who explained step and made sure I felt comfortable. Prices are also very reasonable. After the facial, my face definitely felt hydrated and radiant. Ari also gave me samples for me to use after. I'm definitely going back. Thank you!

I got eyelash extentions with a groupon voucher last week. Already everyday lashes are falling off. Good atmosphere and lovely people however my lashes came out not full and started falling off straight away.

I had the the Vitamin Care facial. Ari was very lovely and made sure I knew what was happening and explained what this would do. The environment was super relaxing and calm and I came out feeling refreshed and my skin amazing. I’m definitely coming back for another facial

Had the most pleasant massage experience. I have been having sore neck and back for many years. Friend of mine recommended this place and went there. After having a short consultation with the therapist, decided to get the 30 mins of massage and cupping throughout my neck and back. Needless to say, the treatment was amazing. I knew one time of massage wouldnt do my chronic pain, but it definitely helped, i can feel it! I would love to go back 100%! Felt like the therapist knows what shes doing, very confident at what she does! Thank you and see you soon the queen beauty and massage!
