Wonderful service with friendly staff. The steak and chips were great. Best l have had in a long time. Re booked to attend again. Highly recommend.

The three of us boys went in for a meal just before Christmas. We ordered 3 starter and meals. When we received only 2 meals we thought the other would be on its way soon. When it wasn’t I addressed the young lady and brought it to her attention.
Now here’s where the nice stuff starts. She was so nice about the mistake and bought the meal to our table promptly. Then a tall young bartender came to us with apologies and offered us a drink and also said they would refund the meal cost. I said it wasn’t necessary and agreed that we all make mistakes. When we all go to work we all endeavor to try our hardest to achieve. When things go wrong and we make a mistake, it’s how we fix those mistakes that counts.
Very kind and thoughtful staff.

Cocktails are ridiculously priced! Even the atrium has them at $20 and here at $24.00, Absolute joke!

The steak deal every Thursday was amazing!
Stick date pudding is a must try- loved it!

Very happy with our meals here, we dined a couple of times during our stay and both times were greeted by friendly staff.

Nice place to catch up with friends and family and have a drink and a meal. I had the calamari today which was beautiful.

A great venue for watching sport on the large screen with some other smaller screens also. Ice cold beer and the food was sensational cooked to perfection. Well worth a visit when in the Southbank precinct, located just inside the Crown Casino complex Clarendon St entrance.

Excellent food. Typical pub food but far too much to eat. Would be nice to have a seniors menu. Meal Prices reasonable. A very, very noisy venue. Certainly can't have much of a conversation without almost shouting. Had to shout when ordering. Service was good.

Fun place for Sportfans, big screen to follow the games and a nice atmosphere. The food is good quality and typical pub level simple but tasty. Very fast and friendly service.

The food was magnificent but the greet and seat manager was very rude and treated us like outcasts and sat us in the foyer because we didn’t have a booking - but other families walked in and were seated in the bistro -bad people’s person. The other staff were fantastic.

This was the worst experience at a restaurant. The burger was so over cooked it was burn and uneatable. The chips were flavourless and the kids chicken was rubber. My wife was sick all night. Kids were complaining about their stomachs all night. Avoid as much as possible. I guess you really get what you pay for… if I could give a negative star I would.

The place is big, good to watch a game but what made me not have a good experience was that when I arrived at 8: 40 p.m. We asked if we could order to eat and they told us yes, because we saw the menu we lined up for 10 minutes because right there where they receive the orders they deliver them therefore it was always full When I was finally able to say, they told me that you couldn't order food. I mean, first of all, a waitress told us yes, after wasting my time in line due to slow service, it was finally 9: 00 p.m. They tell me that the kitchen has already closed. A bit of consideration if because of the TA attention I lost 10 minutes waiting to be able to place my order.

Made a booking for World Cup final, then got told there where no bookings for the event, plain lies, pathetic place with pathetic security

Very appreciative of a well drilled attentive kitchen with food prepared at a consistently high standard. Very good pub grub with fish and striploin particularly good.

Security guards need a reality check. Rang up and booked 1 month before the date and rang one day before, (all was confirmed). Get there on the night and say there is no bookings at all because we have had to much to drink when we haven’t been drinking. Get new staff!

This is the worst place ever! I asked the manager if they prepared food at night, she told me yes. It was 8.59 and literally she told me that the kitchen was closed. So disrespectful, I stood in the line for 10 minutes or more. Don’t ever waist your time coming here.

Great atmosphere, quick service and a range of activities. Trivia Tuesdays and games on the big screen for events.

A bit expensive and I was shocked to see a mouse running around where everyone was eating and drinking

Staff were terrible. Inexperienced and slow. We paid for a 2 hour package but waiting 15min per drink defeats that.
Their attitude and customer service was in general terrible.
Having a group of 30+ there they treated us pretty poorly.
