The Presentation Place

I entered the store as a artwork on the counter caught my eye I thought my husband would like. I took a wonky, blurred picture to send to him when the staff member started accusing me of copyright infringement and stealing the artist work. The woman was beyond rude and completely over the top.

I would understand this response if I had laid the picture out and lined it up perfectly but there were items in front of it etc so it would be impossible for me to steal this artwork with the quick poor image I took.

My husband actually did want the art but due to judge mental and attack I felt from this staff member I had to tell him no.

Amazing art, great gifts and they totally just saved my Kris Kringle by printing up a picture on a mug that only took 10 mins. Legends.

Janette and the team at The Presentation Place have gone above and beyond over several years, to ensure our 320+ awards annually are printed and framed with care and always delivered on time.

Came here to take kids passport photos because a few friends recommended it. Called a week earlier to book and confirm prices, lady on the phone said just drop in anytime and my 6yr would be $20 and she can do my 2.5yr the same price even though it's usually $30. I forgot to take down the staff name.
I dropped by yesterday and photos were taken with good but not amazing friendly service. I was charged $60 for 2 kids even though I explained i called up last week and was told it'd be $40. The staff said it wasn't her I spoke to last week and didn't want to know more. Pretty disappointed since I drove 40mins to get there yesterday (which was even tougher with restless young kids in the back).

I got 2 pictures framed and what were just pictures, are now works of art…
An amazing team of professionals & so creative & obliging…

Absolutely amazing place, any artwork we buy we go straight there. The best work ever. They restored a 45 year old photo of myself, they made it look new. Great products and prices. The owner is so friendly and looks after her customers, her staff are ever so knowledgeable and are there to help and help they do. Must give it a go x

There is no comparison with the quality of the photos I have had developed from old prints and negatives when The Presentation Place printed them compared to other camera chain stores. They so know what they are doing and deliver a superior result because of their skill and care. The team there certainly know what they are doing! I dont go anywhere else!

A big thank you to the team at The Presentation Place. I had a print framed recently with them and their service was exceptional and the end result looks amazing. They rang when the frame I selected was not in stock and assisted with selecting another suitable frame with no delay then in my pick up. They also help load the print into my car. I will definitely be back.

Standout for both quality and customer service. I have used the Presentation Place over the years for various things (prints, skilfully framing artworks, gifts from the shop floor, etc), but today they proved their willingness to go above and beyond. I am trying to organise a present for my mum’s 75th birthday while she is in lockdown for a COVID test and we have a newborn baby. I have been wracking my brains between newborn rearing, and ended up leaving it to the last minute. I emailed to see if I could get some pictures of their current stock of photo frames and print some photos to go with one. Janette went above and beyond on a busy day to understand my preferences, send me options, and have the gift ready for Mum’s neighbour to pick up same day. Not only that, but without being asked she wrapped it beautifully and sent me pictures of the finished product. Kindness and quality- you can’t ask for better than that!

Great service and care shown with printing my photos and also framing it. I was also so delighted the team was able to enlarge an old photo of my mother without it being distorted which made my day and Mother’s Day. I’ll be coming back for more prints. The custom framing we did was just outstanding! The team were so helpful and the result is just out of this world! I picked up some gorgeous homewares there too! Would highly recommend that you pop in to see them!

I have to give one star here to offset all of the fake 5 star reviews for this place. Staff are rude and disinterested. I was only given a small partial refund for my order, as the staff member told me they charge a ‘developing fee’ when I didn’t even have my photos developed. Rip off and a waste of time
