The Practical Beekeeper

Have recently purchased a hive from Benedict, really appreciate the knowledge sharing and the support in our first step into beekeeping!

Benedict was really helpful and professional. Took the time to explain the condition of the hives and answer our many questions before purchase.

Benedict cares about bees and their role in our ecosystem. We all have much to learn from him and how he conducts his business and raises our awareness of bees. Loved his beginner course and I’ve now become a passionate beekeeper!

Did the beginners course and it was brilliant! We learnt so much and got to apply the classroom learnings with practical experience of opening and inspecting hives, being shown all the important things to look for. Benedict is a great teacher and very knowledgeable.

Had the pleasure of going along to one of The Practical Beekeepers beginner classes. It was a fantastic opportunity to inspect hives and learn all about the beginnings of what it is to be a beekeeper.
Benedict has a depth of knowledge and was able to provide answers to all our questions while helping to inspire a desire for beekeeping.

11 out of 10. I have just done the Bee keeping course. Excellent presentation and answers to all the questions we could think of. A fantastic day with a great practical demonstration. Well worth the money. Even if you are not interested in keeping Bees it's well worth doing, just be warned, you will be interested in keeping Bees after you attend

The Practical Beekeeper offers the growing beekeeping community an excellent service in training and guidance. Benedict is able to draw on the support professionals from Victorian Apiarists Association and Bee Scientifics. I've now done five beekeeping courses and The Practical Beekeeper is miles in front of other people in this field.
