We went here wanting to buy a round floral/plant
arrangement and had been here before. We got what we wanted they were excellent regard customer service and very friendly. I thought their pricing was a bit expensive to be honest but we took home what we saw so was happy. My grandsons broke some of the stems as we hadn’t hung it yet so I took it back in the hope they could help me replace them. They went out of their way to help me and I am very thankful for their help.

The old cliche, “you get what you pay. ” It’s very simple.

Came in and bought a vase & dried flowers, really loved that they stocked Marmoset Found. Great variety of products overall and the quality of products are of high standard - I’d say they are on the pricier side.

Unfortunately, the service was AWFUL. Me and my partner weren’t greeted at all or asked if we needed help. The 3 young females behind the counter, (which by the way, stayed there chatting for most of the 20mins we were inside the store browsing whilst there were multiple other customers around) also proceeded to chat about personal matters whilst I was paying. Bit confusing as to who was actually serving me and found it incredibly rude. The female putting through the transaction didn’t seem to give the slightest care and everything that came out of her mouth wasn’t genuine especially when it came to closing the transaction with “thanks have a nice day”. I was going to come back to buy a big pot, but not after that disgusting experience! Trust me when I say your money is better spent elsewhere where you’ll be treated with respect!

I received exceptional service from the staff at the store during their boxing day sale. I found the girl who helped me to be very patient and helpful despite the store being extremely busy. I purchased multiple pots that were very heavy and the owners came out to carry the items to my car for me. I will be back.

Extensive range of pots. Particularly like the minimalistic range of blacks and whites- great shapes and sizes. Can’t wait to put my cluster together- received great advice from the guy there on how to plant into their pots. Highly recommended.

Fantastic range! The price point is well worth the quality and uniqueness you get. Have been looking for homewares like this for a long time. Team was very friendly too which made the visit so much nicer.

I bought a plant, a pillow and 2 rattan pot stands and it came to $500. In my opinion its very expensive, so whoever is reading this review, just be aware its costly. The owner promised my wife a discount at the start when she said we will be buying a couple of things, but when it came to pay he changed his mind and said only if we are paying with cash. Right at that moment i lost all respect for this place and i will not be returning there again.
The Pillow colour shade didn't match our pillow colour at home (it was a little darker), i went to return it, it was the next day and was still in the bag, one of the girls didn't want to exchange or refund me my money, after some heated discussion we had to settle for a credit note that had an expiry date for an year. The are snobby and all the sales girls just hover around the Till Register area and rarely assist with questions. I don't believe the positive reviews that were done earlier, they are most probably family or friends of the owner.

Very helpful and accommodating today especially as I was so indecisive and changed my mind quite a few times however staff were very understanding. Will be back.

Wonderful place, it's so amazing, staffs are so friendly and will help you with the plants for your garden or inside your house. Highly recommend this place to buy artificial and live plants with pots.

If you're local some of the plants may seem reasonable for the particular variety & size.otherwise better off @ IKEA or hardware/department chain stores for the $

Such a great shop! I purchase all of my pots, little plants and cushions from here. The staff are always so helpful in finding me the perfect pot as well. It's always a pleasure coming into the store!

I love this shop. They have the best range of premium pot plants as well as plants, cacti and giant plants and indoor trees. Also, customer service is 10/10.

Superior service. Always provides high levels of customer service and recommendations, helping loading the car and after sales plant advice. There needs to be more places like this.
