I was there yesterday to buy a new mobile phone. A great bloke called Chappy. Looked after me. As I had forgotten my password, s and email password, s this Great bloke said not a problem. He sorted everything out for me.

Also when I explained that I am here in Portland on Holidays from Adelaide. He was so nice telling me all about places to visit and where I can park my caravan for free for a few days. I am a coach Driver tour Guide but this is my first time in Portland. Wow it's so beautiful here. Thank you Chappy for your Genuine service and local suggestions on where to go and Eat and things to visit. And my Mobile phone is Amazing too.

I would recommend this business to anyone who needs Phone or telecommunications advice. 10 out of 10 for Good old fashioned customer service.

Flynn at the phone shop was very efficient and happy to help set my new phone up even it meant he would be still doing it after his finish time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you to the manager and staff member who went out of their way today to wait for me at the shop to pick up my daughters ph. I had my closing times wrong and after running back up the street to get my ph out the car and ring the store it was a great surprise to find out your were there waiting for me. Thanks for your extra time it was very much appreciated.

Great service this morning. So refreshing to have a someone helping you resolve your needs without trying to blind you with technology or “on sell”. Just good old customer service.

Brilliant and quick service.
Really appreciate the effort the people at the Phone Shop go to for their customers.
At Portland Betta, we had a fault at the local exchange, which needed a tech to fix.
In the meantime, one of the guys at the Phone Shop brought to our store a wireless dongle so we could still get onto the internet while we waited for the issue to be resolved. Still able to trade and operate.
Just can't begin to explain how much this helped.

Bought a ph on closing Saturday to take to qld 6am Monday morning.assistant didn't bother to mention the ph takes a nano sim.he was well aware the ph i had is a micro sim.they should receive training to make sure they dont forget to mention this.so inconvenient

Awesome customer service, nothing is ever a problem and always greeted with a smile. Just had the transition from an old phone to a new one handled completely by Misty and I didn't have to stress about losing important info, she saved it all! Thank you
