We recently had my sister’s hens at The Pole Room CBD. The booking process was seamless and Jake ensured all our requests were met. On the day Laura and our instructors made sure we had the best time. Would highly recommend to anyone considering having a hens party here! Thank you again xx

Amazing variety of classes, brilliant and skilled instructors, and staff you can speak to that look out for your best interests. My growth, and longevity here is due to the nurturing feel of the studio and the passionate people you see every week. During lockdowns they did daily and recorded virtual bootcamps (I still playback at home to this day) that kept the community alive and excited for life after lockdowns when studios reopened. I was amazed at the level of engagement and genuine care for others that was demonstrated.

TPR CBD has become one of my favourite places since moving to Melbourne last year - such an incredibly supportive, positive, safe, and inclusive space! I love learning and consolidating tricks in the course classes and the sense of community that TPR embodies!

I have been dancing with TPR since 2018 and have felt nothing but support and appreciation from the staff and polers alike.

Incredible resilience as a business throughout the Melbourne Lockdowns and they were quick to support students with a whole new online platform that features classes both live and recorded.

Becoming a pole dancer has been the best decision for my mental and physical health. Not only has my strength and fitness improved but my creative juices are always flowing as I learn knew ways to piece tricks together. I started as a beginner at TPR and am now training at an advanced level!

All the classes I've attended have been great, the teachers explain everything well and make it fun.

My favourite class is pole conditioning, a great full body workout. I loved that we incorporated the pole into the work out- definitely feeling conditioned and ready for my next pole class!

I was worried trying out this casual pole dance class at first but I'm SO glad I did! I've got zero dance background and I really felt this choreography, it was beautifully put together by Elyshia. Still a tough and wonderful workout, I was quite out of breath towards the end of it.
The teachers, students and studio manager are all so lovely and supportive there, lucky and super happy to be part of this lovely community.

Absolutely love it here, the team are all super friendly and helpful (especially Jake & Laura) and I've met a bunch of really cool people since I started pole here! So much love, 100% recommend - great for beginners too!

I took up a free trial after thinking about attending a pole dancing class for years, and then several times this year. I'd talked myself out of it so many times thinking that I was too overweight, too awkward, I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin, I didn't feel {insert 50 other reasons here} enough to be able to enjoy myself - so many reasons. I finally decided to bite the bullet and give it a go and book in. After my session, I signed up for classes immediately wondering why I hadn't done this sooner. I felt safe, encouraged and supported and I can already see this as an important step for me to grow some self confidence. Thanks team for being so welcoming and doing what you do!

The Pole Room CBD is an amazing place to start your pole journey. I've been dancing and learning here for 2 years and I've come so far with the help of the amazing teachers they have. The environment is so supportive to anyone of any age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender identity. Truely the most amazing place and the most amazing sport!

Been training here for a while now, place is super energetic and friendly. The vibe is always welcoming, with talented and helpful instructors and a variety of classes that are structured well!

Poor Customer service at the reception,

Context: I came in this afternoon to ask question about advanced and elite classes and I found that the guy was too casual and not really customer service focused.

Calling me ""My love"" is an Australian thing, but I am a prospect/customer not his best friend.

When I asked about which moves/tricks are taugh in Advanced he looked at the paper and name two of them. I am pretty sure that there are more than those two being instructed in the whole term.
Of course he didn't ask me if i understand/visuale what kind of move it was.

Additionnally all pole studios offer students to come for assessment so they can register for their appropriate level. Of course he didn't offer this option.

When I asked about Elite he said he hasn't got the lis of move.
He didn't offer me to send them an email to get the answer from someone more qualified?

He showed me the price list.
When I said that I couldn't find it on the website but only the starting package, he told me that it is definitely on the website and it requires to scavenge a bit more.
Great so now he is explaining me that I haven't put enough effort in my researches.
He is telling me that I can take a picture of the price.
What about you show me on office screen how to access this precious information from the website?

I thank him and sat back as I was waiting for a friend.

Him and his female coworker were checking their phonse talking loudly about whatever like if they were at the bar on on friday night.

To summarize, an obvious lack interest in tailored customer service, making me feel like he wants to dismiss this conversation as quickly as possible to return socialising with his co-worker.interested in my needs nor offering tailored solution.

Back to basic: companies are selling the same products/services, successful ones are those which provide great customer service.

Obviously I will not sign up there.

I don't come to this side of town as much as I used to but love training here! Great atmosphere, and teacher.

So many varieties of classes that suit all different levels. Students and instructors are all super fun and supportive! Many different membership options to choose from as well! Definitely recommend!

Staff are extremely friendly, definitely a comfortable, non judgemental and fun environment. Would definitely recommend if you want to get in shape but have fun while doing so!

Such a warm and open space, beautiful views and all the people were so positive! Really enjoyed my class and man was it a work out!

Love the place. Just minus one star because the poles aren't great and not that high! But it can't be hel0ed.everyone is super nice and I love the reception and teachers!
