Customer service is amazing! An absolute pleasure to deal with. Were quick to answer my queries online and arrange delivery whilst I was in isolation. I could not be happier with the purchasing experience and our pots.

Definitely recommend to others and I will be back.

A+ customer service. Was super easy to exchange a pot that wasn't the right size and even provided me with some on the spot advice for my planting.

I ordered a plant online as a gift and needed the delivery to be expedited. The staff at the online store were incredibly helpful and liaised with the Sydney store who arranged to have the plant sent within my time frame.
The service at the plant society is exceptional. Definitely recommend.

Like stepping into an urban rainforest. A beautiful selection of house plants and accessories. Cibi cafe next door is a worthy pitstop too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are a little on the pricy side for some items which is expected but Good otherwise. I would go here before any other nursery in the area because of customer service

I placed an online order - because it's 2020 - and was kept in the loop from the PS team as my order progressed, and the communication was prompt and personable (one of my items ended up on backorder with a slight delay to delivery, so I had a fair bit of back and forth from them). Then when my order arrived, one of the items wasn't quite what I had imagined it would be, and the team were incredibly easy to deal with via a returns process. Honestly, these people are exactly the kind of team you want to deal with when you haven't had a perfect shopping experience - they just made it all so easy.
Thanks, team Plant Society!

We purchased dry white flowers/plants and they turned yellow, browned and had black type mold growing on it in less than a week. They were displayed indoors, in a an open, dry vase. It was as if they were not fully dried, or dried improperly. We have another similar item that was purchased online at another shop that still looks amazing months later. It's a pretty shop, and lots of lush plants, but to wait in line, spend $45 and throw away the item in a week is not a good experience and I'd definitely never buy dry flowers/plants from them again - or anything now.: (

I bought a birthday present online for my brother in Melbourne and The Plant Society went above and beyond to help me out. Shout out particularly to Danica for making sure everything was as perfect as possible!

New plant was pretty much dead already with multiple leaves torn. Rude staff members at store. Plenty of better plant stores in the area

Nice plant shop attached onto a Japanese themed cafe/shop. A nice selection of plants, but not the largest variety. A lot of quirky nice pots too at a reasonable price. All in all a cool place to hang out on a lazy morning.

I have bought two plants from here and both times my experience has been really good! The people are very friendly and highly knowledgeable. You can see that they really care about the plants and customer service is great too, answering any questions you may have. I recommend plant society to anyone who is looking to buy a house plant!

Amazing place with beautiful plants! When you enter in the shop you directly see that is has been made with passion. The service is excellent, with a great knowledge of plantcare. You can also buy flowers in the shop! Seasonal flowers with stunning colors. If you are in the area, you definitely have to stop by and check this spot out.

Really helpful staff that can help even the most novice gardener make their plants thrive. Such a great collection of plants at great prices, I've decorated most of my apartment with pot plants from here!
