Wow! The food and service of this place is AMAZING! We really hit the jackpot with you guys. We are from Melbourne and you’ll never find anything like this! This was superb!

I've ordered a couple times thinking it'll be better then the last time. First time we had it the chicken was raw so we threw it out. Tonight my pizza and pastas arrived cold and yuck so threw them out. They don't seem to care about the taste or pleasing customers.

It took 50minutes longer then delivery said and once it did arrive the pizza was completely cold and tasted stale.

Here is the thing with them. You never know what you will get! It seems that they decide each day which recipe they gonna use that day. Don't get me wrong when its good it is real good but when its bad its REALLY bad. Always a gamble. (My experience is 60% of the time ok to real good 40% of the time real bad or wrong items delivered thats overall. In the last 3-6Months its more 30% good and 70% REALLY BAD)

I retract anything I said favourable about Pizza wine club, I waited over a year to order again and 2 weeks ago I ordered and received an ok pizza, but tonight when I ordered I received a phone call and they stated that they were refunding my money because I was banned from ordering as I complained about the Burnt inedible rubbish they sent out last time, I told the person on the phone that I was never made aware of this and it was the first I had heard, She claimed it was just what the manager told her to do, So the lesson here is Don't complain, just accept rubbish when they send it out or they will ban you from ordering, I will never speak favourably of them again to anyone, on a side not I am not the only one to receive substandard pizzas from them, I was just the one to make a complaint,

Late delivery of cold pizza in a crumpled and crushed box. The pizza looks like it was assembled and then hacked up by a 4 year old. I cannot believe I was actually handed food in this state. Lost me.

Usually good service except today. Disorganized & they forgot my coffee. They forgot another customers 2 pizza’s whilst I waiting. Poor form for businesses trying to win customers during Covid 19.

Amazing pizza choices and at competitive prices.
My only let down (1%er) many patrons myself include order takeaway an waited inside but weren't greeted with our names called for pick up; we had to ask politely of our was ready.

Saw a customer complaint about a cockroach in their meal, with evidence of both the cockroach and purchasing from this company. The company response was absolutely appalling and disgusting, claiming it wasn't their food nor takeaway containers (it 100% was, even branded with their name), laughed at the complaintant and blocked them immediately. Whether or not the complaint was actual, although the complaintant is the only one to provide any evidence so far, the response from the the pizza and wine club and to not even follow it up was appalling and beyond childish. Not worth the risk, you'll get abused online if you make a complaint about their food.

I love their menu, and always willing to support this business, as a local. I love the concepts they come up with, and their food is always of high quality. The only feedback I'd have is sometimes the olive oil pastas could offer a side dressing container to pour more oil (to taste preference). Love their lunch specials also, such a drawcard.

Have been getting our Friday night pizza fix from PWC since moving to Woodend a few years ago. Consistently good pizzas and value for money. Great local institution.

Quality food with superb customer service. They do have a variety of food apart from Pizza. Don’t forget to have a milkshake or an iced chocolate that comes with yummy creamy toppings. We ordered a hot stuff pizza and asked it to be spicy level 9/10. It was worth it.

Bland to taste uninteresting to look at soggy toppings and they cant get it as ordered correct

Best pizza in the world, even beats Chicago pizzas which is saying something. Make sure to get deep dish. They have a great vibe and an awesome loyalty program. Their salads and pastas are delicious, especially the carbonara pasta and sweet potato salad. Favourite pizza is satay chicken.

Their pizzas are great, awesome atmosphere, and with the lunch time price of $10 - you can't go wrong!

Amazing service and delicious food! Great priced food for what you get! The pasta and pizzas are very tasty. The service is amazing and they're very quick at getting the food to you. Would go back at anytime!

Ordered 2 pizzas for $36 wich were the worst I have ever had, dough was so overworked that I picked up my pizza slice and it had absolutely no flex, no moisture at all. They tasted like crunchy rivita biscuits with Luke warm topping. The crust was not even edible it was hard enough to break teeth. Gave most of it to the dog. He left it in his bowl don't waste your money have jam on toast I promise it will be more satisfying.

Had dinner here tonight for our anniversary. The shop was pretty quiet, only one group of people other than ourselves when we walked in. We waited at the "wait to be seated" sign for a while until one younger waitress saw us, We were told to sit ourselves and she'd be over shortly.
We ordered garlic bread, Lasange and a pizza.
For a shop that was so quiet, we were surprised about the wait time. Eventually the Lasange and Pizza came out.
The pizza was really pretty terrible. As much as I hate to say it, a $3 frozen coles pizza was better than what we had. My partner did say that he's lasange was nice though.
After we had finished our dinner, we waited a little over 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared The waitress did eventually came over to our table, I asked if the garlic bread was on it's way, she said she would check. I asked her to just cancel the garlic bread as it wouldn't make sense to eat it after we had dinner. The waitress did offer me a free take away garlic bread, which we declined as it would have just been wasted.
After this we waited an extra 10 minutes hoping to be asked if we'd like another drink or to order desserts, which didn't happen, Instead at this point, the only waitress left in the shop started cleaning up, So we just paid and left.

Not once were we asked if we'd like to order more drinks or asked if our meals were okay. We don't eat out much, and we don't go to fancy places, But even chain restaurants treat their customers better than this.
