The Photobook Club

Was VERY disappointed items didnt arrive for xmas, so has to run out and buy last minute gifts on xmas eve. According to tracking they were at Wollongong depot from 7th Dec. (Approx 50 k away). And not delivered to 28th Dec.
Called photobook a couple of times prior to xmas and they were no help at all.

I made my 'For the Love of Cars' photobook for my husband as a special gift and he absolutely loved it, as did I. The quality was amazing. I expected 'good' but got a 'brilliant result. Thankyou so much

I eecently received my latest photo book (101 pages of photos from our road trip to Arkaroola last year). The quality of the printing, as usual, is perfect.
I have had more than 20 books printed by The Photobookclub over many years as well as a number of large canvas prints from them that adorn the walls of our home. I've only ever had one book that had some damage during the printing process. I emailed them with photos of the damage and they promptly printed me a fresh copy at no charge.
I'm currently working on photos for my next book with them.

I have been creating photo albums using Photobook Club for many years now. Being a photo lover, I have found it much more convenient to have specific albums at my fingertips and able to be enjoyed in full page glory! I enjoy designing custom layouts but the design wizard makes putting an album together easy for all users.

The quality of the finished product is great and practice makes perfect. Production and postage times are fast and communication and tracking keeps you updated every step of the process.

Terrible service. Took 2 weeks to clear the payment and send the voucher, and another 3 weeks to receive the book despite express post. Can only get the answer phone when calling, and when leaving messages, calls are returned 2-3 days later. Was given reason 'it's our peak time' and no apology. This was for a school project which was handed in 2 weeks late. The whole of Australia is struggling for staff, and yes, I do run a medium sized business myself, and I know.

The product as usual was good unfortunatley their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an issue with ordering but they were very quick to blame me rather than try and fix the issue. Very disappointing as I'm a long time user and not sure I will return.

I have had many photo books and large canvas prints done here. Their software is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful result. Software is so easy to use and it warns you about any layout errors. My recipe book of my mums favourite recipes is just how I expected and wanted it to be. Photobook could make it easier though when you want to order multiple copies as I had to go through the loading/ordering process five times!

Awesome place to get your prints small or large. Decent lead times and updates via email. Better order the large prints during sales, quality and finish is very nice. Very happy
