Brought a camera lense cover for my s22 ultra. Didnt know how to install it so I brang it in to The Phone Tailor port melbourne and they installed it for me free of charge. Had a very good experience there. Would highly recommend The Phone Tailor shop in Port Melbourne

James and Jun are very friendly and helpful! My Samsung Note 20 Ultra glass back screen cracked a number of times as my toddler always gets to it. Parts are available the next day if not in store, with the repair completed within 30 minutes! Thanks so much! I'm sure I will be back with more repairs soon ha ha

This isn't just a Tech repair place! From the moment I was greeted I was made to feel important and advice regarding my non charging watch was freely given. Great prompt fixing of my watch and even more advice regarding keeping the battery healthy.great service AND at a great price. Thoroughly recommend

We have just had our iPhone front and rear glass replaced by Jun. Such a lovely guy from when we first walked in to when we collected the phone. Would highly recommend.

Both Jun and James were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Recently I had my phone fixed here and I was hoping that I could retrieve my data. Luckily, these guys were able to assist me with this and it only took two days for them to bring my phone back alive without loss of data.

I went in to inquire about a charging issue with my phone. Jun was very helpful and fixed my phone in 40 minutes at a reasonable price! Highly recommend this place and will go back.

Incredible service. I have walked past this store several times but had never gone in. I needed some advice and a screen protector on my car head unit. I spoke to two gentleman and the service was incredible, gave me great advice and helped me put on the screen protector. Definitely coming back here.

Excellent service, I handed them a phone which had been submerged in water then dropped and left to sit out in the sun on a 35 degree day. Safe to say I had no hope it was going to be fixed, thankfully they repaired it to full health and I didn't lose any data. Great customer service and I will certainly be back for any technical problems!

Had little hope I'd be able to save 1.5 years worth of photos and contacts but very grateful for the service I received today!
