Outstanding service is always a pleasant experience! I needed a refill and spring for second hand ball point I had purchased elsewhere. It was no trouble to try Parker (which fitted) then Schaeffer (which fitted better). I walked out very happy.

My wife was 'blown away' by the quite extraordinary service we received from the Pen Place when replacing her favourite Cross ballpoint pen - a follow-up phone call this morning alerting us to the fact that the pen may not reach us in time for Christmas - then making every effort to ensure that it would do so. Really lifted our spirits in this difficult time. Thank you indeed!

Don't make the same mistake i did. Be sure to shop around first. Paid $450 for a pen i could've paid $335 for from pen city or even $283 on-line from P. O. K. I'm happy to pay a bit more for an in-store purchase but price gap was massive. Contacted store next day about this and was told boss doesn't discount and was along the lines of it is what it is. I did get a free refill cartridge though. Not happy and never again from here.

We were looking at Samsung Smart watches. Reasonable range but again we ran into the problem that if they didn't have a particular model on display, you couldn't see it as they're not allowed to open the box.

Lovely people. Excellent customer service with phone follow-up. Lee went out of her way to resolve an issue with my wife's beloved pencil-pen. Top marks for customer service.

This shop has very experienced and very helpful staff. The Fisher Space Pen it provides is an awesome product, this shop has many colours and ink preferences
I almost exclusively use this pen as it doesn't matter which angle you write in. Highly recommended.

I am so happy they reopened. The renovated store is brilliant. It looks so much better for staff and customers.
I enjoyed the inks testing stations for pilot iroshizuku and Lamy crystal.
Staff are friendly and helpful I enjoy visiting just for a chat.
Website is looking revitalised too! Lots to look forward to with this company.

Wonderful selection of fountain & ball pens especially in Cross & Sheaffer. Great service by the team Graham & Lee

+ve: good service and a decent range. Had a visconti ordered in and was kept up to date near daily.

-ve: not open weekends, understandable due to being in the quiet on weekends part of the cbd.

Conclusion: go for higher end products and the staff are happy to take care of you. While i may not go there to top up ink, definately will return if (when) i get tempted by another fountain. Imo better than pen city in what they do.
