I always get the Somerville double smoked ham from here as it has to be the best ham I have ever tasted. The staff are always super friendly and no request too hard

Its great to have a deli that has a great range of cheeses, sausages and all the other good stuff, we like, and you can get a great cup of coffee as well. All in or local shopping centre

I actually really like this Cafe/deli as it's very close to my mum's house and convenient to get a coffee and something to eat not to mention the delicatessen. This is a small cafe/deli with seating inside and outside which is covered. The Cafe/deli has so much food and it's very nice from both sections. The last time I went with mum we had a cappuccino which are very nice and reasonably priced and a slice of frangipani cake that is delicious. It does surprise me that in such a small shop they can fit so much stock and choice. I always enjoy visiting and spending time there. It's located at Bentons Square and I absolutely recommend this to anyone

Wow, what a lovely idea to put pantry essentials with an indoor/outdoor cafe in a shopping centre. I loved looking at their range offering while waiting for my coffee–think cheese, cold meats, dips and ready made meals.

Surprised by the negative reviews about the staff's service as we had wonderful service at both ends of the shop. I purchased a jar of dukkah and a small oat latte. There was too much milk so it tasted like hot milk with a small hint of coffee. If you're using a resuable cup, ask for a strong coffee so you get double shot or ask for less milk.

The food here is beautiful and the customer service is just as good, so lovely to see everyone with smiles on their faces.

I frequent this place every weekend and get great customer service and delicious coffee. However, today I encountered a really rude staff who presumed I had over taken someones spot and instead of asking me nicely if the customer behind me was there before me, he just ignored me and served the gentleman behind me. The gentleman behind me told him i was indeed there before him and when I asked him Did you ignore me because you thought I had cut in the line he straight-out said, "Yes I did" and didn't offer any apology. This boy was just plain rude and really needs to learn some etiquette and customer service skills. He seemed to only want to serve people who are white skin when he himself is not white skin. Such a racist.

Drove over to get a turkey panini as the last one I had from there was delicious, todays was dry and stale, the rocket was all wilted, probably yesterday’s leftovers. Won’t be risking that again for $10.

Nice place with great hot chocolates and a decent collection of food plus great friendly staff.

Coffee is nice but won't be coming here again. Looking through the comments I can see there are a few already regarding staff behaviour. Have been in a few times, as I can always appreciate people having a bad day - but the staff here are consistently rude. Plenty other coffee shops around providing really great customer service so why bother with this place.

Looks like a lovely shop. Havent had food their. Only ordered a hot chocolate. Wasnt the beat one ive had. It was alright. Could be sweeter or more chocolatey. Staff are nice.

Bought a sausage roll for 8 dollars, thinking wow. It must be a super jumbo sausage roll. Got it and it was the size of one of those mini 7-eleven snack sausage rolls. It tasted nice but for real? 8 dollars? No thank you.
