The Pancake Parlour, Northland

We have been many times with the kids and without. The food is always consistent. The staff are friendly and accommodating. A true Northland staple.

It was a bit expensive for flour, water and sugar and then they also charge for sides. If you are going to spend $29 on a pancake then you shouldn't have to spend anymore on sides.

Had great food, with even better service. Jaime was outstanding and extremely helpful, by meeting everyone’s needs.

Had phenomenal service from Jamie he was super duper kind and patient with me and my kids appreciate it him immensely

The lady who took us to our seat had no idea what she was doing took us to a dirty table and changed her mind twice.
The 2 booths next to us were left with food and cups and plates and not cleaned for out 40 minute stay.
When served drinks and food they were given to the wrong person at the table.

I love Jamie he is the best waiter I’ve ever had by miles. Every time we are here he remembers me and my friends and greets us without fail making us feel welcomed.

A place to have delicious sweet or savoury pancakes. They have different choices to choose from. I tried the spinach and feta crepe and loved it. Delicious and fresh. A clean cosy place with pretty interior designs. Have lots of seating available. The prices are bit on the expensive side.

Had a minor issue with our food, the staff sorted it out straight away without complaint. Great service.

At the pancake parlour a man named JORDAN a server was very rude to me and every time he would walk past me and whisper some bad things not good service good food but not good service.

Lovely decor, with moving characters. Kids get free crayon and activity sheet. They love the pancakes and milkshakes

Really great service, they have like a manager that keeps an eye on everything with amazing customer service

I ordered The Hot Ball (ice-cream) and it was delicious. The customer service was excellent. Really nice atmosphere and vibe too.

Food was good but the staff were slow. Used/dirty dishes left on table when next course served. Took ages to get attention as the walked past.poor service.

They forgot the complete order, one person have to wait a lot for the food, the deluxe chips were hard like non well cooked. First bad experience in this place.

My Fresh Strawberries pancakes had mince meat in the mixture and it was feral. Luckily it was cooked and I didn't get sick, but if I was a vegetarian I would be mortified. This was disgusting.
Not only this, but they also didn't listen to my tables order and sent out the completely wrong dish for my partner.

All I got from this exchange was a free half a plate of pancakes, and a free drink.
I'm never going back here. It was disgusting. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

It was ok. Deluxe fries quite average- not how i used to remember it but hey, maybe they changed the way this dish is cooked. Might try the sweet stuff next time.

The standard of food we got was really impressive. The pancakes were pillowy and hot, the eggs were great and the bacon was cooked perfectly.

Being an out of the ordinary day (father's day) the service was prompt and efficient. The staff friendly enough.
However, the bacon was overcooked, the scrambled eggs looked like someone had sneezed (the portion size was way too small). I requested water which never arrived.
Not bad, not great either. At least the service is better than the Melbourne Central restaurant.

I arrived at the restaurant and there were staff walking around not doing anything. Got shown to my table and we had to wait 10mins after flagging someone down to order. The Manager was walking around the back counter eating and definitely not wearing business attire was wearing a black one piece dress. After we finished our meals several staff walked past not doing anything. While our plates sit dirty on the table. Not a great experience
