I was really dissapointed with the quality of my eyebrow waxing. There are still hairs on my brows where there shouldnt be and I got charged more than the website advertises. I won't be going back to this place. The owner is also quite rude.

I had a wonderful microdermabrasion and LED treatment this morning with a fabulous head massage in the mix.
It was so relaxing.

Unprofessional and charged full price even when only doing a poor top coat! I explained when I called to make the appointment that I had HARD GEL on my nails and could they do an infill and polish. The young lady tried to soak the gel off even with me telling her that my nail technician uses a small grinding tool. Hard gel is a nail enhancement like acrylic nails, except it cures in a UV light. It is NOT gel polish/shellac/soft gel/soak off gel. You can extend the length of the nail with hard gel, just like acrylic. It can be sculpted and shaped just like acrylic.
So, they could not apply my chosen color, I had to opt for a darker shade to cover my existing color, and even this was very poorly applied. There is a visible ridge where nail growth is.
I was extremely angry and even more so when I got charged the full $52 for the pleasure of trying to explain how to do their jobs for 45 minutes! My nails normally take 90minutes.
I have never left a nail salon trying to hide my hands.
The least you could do is issue a refund.

Paid $60 for a pedicure and it was so bad I ended up with a sore and subsequently infected toe. Emailed them to let them know what happened and they never responded.
