The Paint Place

Visited Paint Place for the first time last month! Will be returning. Great product selection, competitive pricing and most of all, helpful & knowledgeable service! I was painting what I thought was a difficult surface, but thanks to the man who served me, it was made very simple! Thanks!

We have visited the shop on two occasions recently and spoken to both Brian and Glenn. In both cases they were most helpful and gave some excellent advice as to how to go about the job and what would be required. The product is affordable and as excellent as the staff. Would recommend the business to anyone.

Appreciate The Paint Place stocking the particular decking oil that I needed. Can be hard to find but they had the oil in stock and at a competitive price. Helpful, friendly staff made the COVID safe collection easy.

Having selected the wrong colour through a big hardware store, The Paint Place tinted the paint to a great match at no charge. Amazing customer service in helping me with a product that the store that sold it to me could not do.

Great service as always, glen the owner is great to deal with as well as the rest of the team! Delivery’s are on time every time! Great advice on how to use products properly, here is just some of many things I’ve painted over the years with these guys definitely recommending to use this family business “the paint place” in Croydon rather than going to a giant world wide business like Bunnings.

Tried 'InspirationS Paint' in Mooroolbark first, and they were way overpriced and couldn't be bothered helping in any way. Nothing like the A+ sterling service I received from 'The Paint Place'. VERY Highly recommend.

I was there for almost an hour, which was my own doing, checking something on the internet, which resulted in speaking to 2 different people. I can't speak highly enough of the friendliness, their willingness to hear my problem and finally what I wanted to achieve. I left, not with my problem solved, because there are still decisions to be made, but convinced I now have the answers, and the knowledge to take the next step. Thank you guys.

I've been to The Paint Place a few times over the years. Every single visit has had exceptional customer service, and I've been made to feel welcome for all my visits. The owner and his team are all incredibly friendly, and more than happy to give their advice. They really do know their product range, and always answer my questions politely (and I am sure some of my questions have been very basic!).
Every time I leave I feel really happy about the experience. It's nice supporting a small business that really care about their customers.
Highly recommend to all, and certainly will be back.

It's my second favourite paint shop. They seem to have a large turnover of paint and their own brand is well priced and good quality. I'd give a 5 but advice from staff is a bit hit and miss.

You can buy paint anywhere. Knowing what to buy for what application is the tricky bit. Along with the best way to apply it.

Glenn and his team are at the Paint Place Croydon are outstanding. Their knowledge, recommendations and tips blew me away.

Prices are great, staff are excellent.

I highly recommend talking to these guys for any paint inquiries.

Sick of not getting any respect and getting talked to like im a idiot when ive been painting 13 years.grumpy old guys, the owner is nice and happy but his workers aernt, now im gonna drive 20mins out of my way just not to deal with that.

This lot went above and beyond in helping me acquire not only a new spray gun, but the right one for my particular needs, they are very helpfull and informative, I highly recommend this place

Been a trade customer for about 15 years and have always been happy with the level of sales and service I've received.

The guys perfectly matched a colour for me. Absolutely no way of telling there's a patch on the wall. Would highly recommend:)
