Extremely bad service. Several weeks ago I booked an appointment with this company to come and provide a quote for the outdoor electric blinds. Their representative was supposed to come at 10: 30AM. Nobody arrived. I called them at 11AM, 1: 30PM and then 4PM. No apologies. They just don't care and can skip this or another business while they are probably in demand.

Thanks to Craig and his team for the amazing job his Company did manufacturing and installing Zip blinds for my deck which I had thought was an impossible task. It only took 3 weeks from Quote to installation and the blinds are great quality and look awesome. I can even roll up my doorway section for a “doggie door”. Craig was very helpful when quoting with suggestions and what would work best for me. I will now spend so much more time outside in what has become another “room”. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for outdoor blinds.

Terrible customer service, I asked for an afternoon appointment and quote and they said they only do mornings.they then suggested that I measure myself and send the measurements to them, then if the price is right they would send someone out to remeasure, also the lady on the phone had the worst attitude, do yourself a favour and give this mob a big miss

Had a zip tech blind fitted over 12 months now it’s lost tension when locking down gaps along bottom seal they advise me they measure out in clearance adjust once gap is worst

Totally professional company with superior products and great prices. There were unavoidable delays with some components due to COVID but Mel kept me up to date always.

What an outstanding company from sales to install. Mel in the office also does a tremendous job! I had a tricky install enclosing an outdoor area. I couldn't be happier with my new outdoor blinds which I had installed 4 weeks ago. From the initial quote, office communication, installation and follow up work (we had to have flashing put in and electrical works to finish off the job) it was all seamless. The staff are super friendly and the quality of blinds and workmanship is fantastic! Thank you! These guys were brilliant. No fuss like the other companies, just got the job done really well, communication between quote to the execution of the job was seamless. From the first phone call to the Outdoor Blind company, they sent someone out to measure and quote within a few days. Ben was fantastic and gave us great advice. We were so happy with the quote we went ahead straight away. Rob came and remeasured with great care to make sure everything was perfect. Then within 8 days the installers came and very professionally installed the blinds and they were very friendly. Even when we called up to pay the balance Mel in the office was so lovely. Just wanted to say thank you to all at The Outdoor Blind Company, every person from start to finish has been fantastic. With our backyard facing West we copped the afternoon sun and having the blinds up has made a huge difference. There is another blind company that has a comparable product but their quote was over twice the price with a pushy sales person. Paul came out to give a quote and was so lovely I rang back within the hour to accept it and I'm not sorry I did. Well done everyone, I'm delighted with the result.
