The people working for this organisation are far more useful than the organisation itself. I applaud them. I went in with no expectations and learnt some things about myself that I am grateful for. I think the organisation is confused - Dan Andrew's gov't fortunately set this up however, it contradicts his core beliefs - he promotes abortions and euthanasia, which kills babies, and kills the parents parents, ie 'creates' violence in the family. If CAFS were allowed to speak with the 'real' aggressor in the family, ie the 'lying female', then maybe she will learn how her 'mental' violence (against her husband and children) are destroying her children's wellbeing. Shame on the Victorian police for not allowing CAFS to do their job. Guys, it is worth talking with the people at CAFS, even though CAFS and the police are working against you.

Not worth EVER contacting. They manipulate and control EVERY situation regardless if it's beneficial to the family or not. Lie about helping the family, they help themselves get quota by reporting to dhhs. It's pathetic. Don't recommend this service to ANYONE, I'd rather be in a domestic violence relationship then deal with this company!

Do not expect help from Orange door if ur a female at risk, I have asked this service for support numerous times and not once did they do anything. The last thing I asked for was to have someone watch me while I packed my house ALONE into u truck, they said they would call back the next day. I ended up having to call police as the perpetrator got in the truck and threw my stuff everywhere trying to get to me. So thanks for nothing orange door ballarat. Ladies and men ur better of asking a stranger.

This is a great place for women to go because everything is always the males fault in this organisation eyes. Imagine going through one of the worst times in your life and having someone ask for your side of the story only to be met with "well that's your fault" to every thing you say. There is always 2 people in a relationship and either one could be the abusive (physically or emotionally) party but it doesn't matter if it's the woman. If it's your job to mediate in a unbiased way I think you need new counsellors that can have a objective and calming effect in high tension situations.

This place should be ashamed of them selves, I agree that some males do harm there partners and other people, my experience with dealings with, marg, Glenda and Matt is they only want to help the female, they have completely ignored my calls for weeks, after 20 phone calls to try and organise mediation with my controlling ex wife and her solicitor I was told they can not help me. My friend once said 3 years ago. Walk away because your ex wife will always control you and the system is not set up for males. You should be so ashamed to represent these lying, controlling woman that destroy peoples lives. And I’m speaking on my behalf.
