I had to give one star to write a review.l cannot imagine a worse organisation to undertake any notions on the wellbeing of my child

I'm totally disappointed in this organisation. They made me false promises and left me high and dry in the accommodation carpark to reach out to launch. I had to rely on a family member to pick me up but I'm not safe as the ex knows where she lives. I wouldn't recommend this organisation to anyone who needs genuine help.

Very helpful service. Supports people in need and at risk of family violence

Rang and spoke to Leeane who i find out after telling my story is will put me through to someone else.she asked for my name then disputed the name i gave her 3 times, i gave in to move forward. Then said she'd put me through to mens services.i expressed i'm not calling for me, it's for my kids why i'm calling so child services would be better. I waited with the most horrible hold music.then spoke to someone who could hardly understand me amd after giving my name again and giving the outline again was told this is men's services amd will have to put me tgrough to someone else. Thanks but if thats the sort of service you offer i'll forget it.i wouldn't ask for help with my kids from such incompetence
