The Old Auction House Arts Precinct and Gallery

I have never been spoken to so rudely and condescendingly in my life by Jo (who tells me she is the owner). Not a good look for your business.
I was following up yet again on my application for stock placement. If they bothered to answer the phone or reply to messages, they might lessen the volume of calls. This "owner" accused me of harassing them and causing problems and barely listened to what I had to say and then hung up on me.
If that's how they conduct their business and communications, then The Old Auction House would be the last place I would ever want my lovingly handmade pieces to be. The toxic energy that she displayed to me on the phone would surely be carried over into the work environment.

The Old Auction House is an amazing place to shop, a beautifully curated light filled space hosting an array of handmade treasures and art pieces. It is the perfect place to shop for gifts or to spoil yourself. The service is always so friendly and helpful. I can't wait til my next visit!

Lovely staff and an interesting and changing range of items/Art. Very accommodating and helpful. I bought a cool bottle/candle/arty thing that was a very highly coveted Chris Kringle gift.

I visited the week before Christmas to find a present for my mum who is super creative and needed a new outlet. With the help of the amazing staff on that day (sorry I didn't catch your name - lady with brown hair in a ponytail!) I came out with a whole earring design start up! My mum absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for taking the time to recommend products and help me in my last minute shopping attempts. Great honest recommendations that actually saved me money too.

Fantastic business in kyneton. As a local, born and bred, it has been a delight to see the old building transformed into what it is today. Fantastic gallery space, studio workshop and classes, with unique and hand made giftwares you won’t find anywhere else in the Macedon Ranges.
Staff are happy, polite and welcoming and it is always a pleasure to experience what The Old Auction House has on display in the front windows.

Beautiful gallery with a wonderful variety of art forms. Also really enjoy the art supplies! Staff is kind, courteous and attentive and Rhain in particular is wonderful!

An amazing and welcoming space. Ever changing exhibitions of local artists, workshops (I did the excellent silver jewellery workshop!), kids craft parties for the next generation of artists, art supplies and lots of wonderful locally made things to buy for yourself or as special gifts. There are kids’ toys and clothes, gorgeous jewellery, candles, leather goods and more.
Always a friendly face to answer questions too! I love this place.
