The Office Wine Bar & Lounge

I was in dire need of great steak and veg and The Office delivered this. Table service was prompt, our meals arrived quickly and my meal was perfect. My steak was cooked just as I asked, the mash was smooth and creamy, and the seasonal veg remained crunchy and held its vibrant colour. I was so impressed with the meal as was the friend I dined with.

We arrived with our family of 5 at a really busy time. The staff went out of their way to find us somewhere to sit. We have a number of food allergies, preferences and restrictions in our family and we all found something to enjoy. Rooms to cater for functions. We were in a private room immediately from the the front and a great space.

This place is great for all types of functions, table service for everything, great prices and friendly staff. I'm putting this at the top of my list for any venue I've been to!

If I could rate my experience here zero stars I would. First of all 5 minutes after sitting down i was reprimanded by the waiter (the owners mum) about the way I was sitting. Shortly after that we were asked if we were going to order anything and we said yes needing time to decide. After saying that, we were asked to order or leave. The minute after receiving our order we were told to get up and leave because we had not ordered enough. I asked to speak to the owner and she was very rude and abrupt, telling my friend and I that we had a bad attitude and that they were going to call the police. I have never been spoken to like this in my whole life from a business owner. Customer service is absolutely disgusting and vile. The manager and staff need to learn how to treat and talk to paying customers, no matter how much they pay, with more respect.

This place has it all. Great food, great music, great ambiance and the customer service is fantastic. I've been a couple of times now under different circumstances and can't rate it highly enough under all conditions.whether a romantic table for two or a birthday party group.the attention to every customers needs by the staff deserves a much better review than I can give!

I only ate here once, but the beers are good. Prices are similar to melbourne. But they got a sweet outdoor area to lounge out on. Which is what I like.

Amazing little place in Mildura town for steak and beer! Loved it. Especially their steak with red wine jus.
